New money making scheme with SAFair airline... as soon as check-in open, they allocate you a seat you DONT want to sit then charge you fees to select the seat you WANT to sit - WHY am I NOT allowed to do my own check-ins anymore??? I have raised this with them before and stated if you want to select a seat on my behalf go check my seating on all your previous flights to ensure good customer services BUT NO they want MORE money!!!!!! Will NEVER fly this airline again!!!!!
I have ordered sushi at Fishaways Highlands mall... when the order arrived, half of the products was not included and the provided us with used soya sauce... DONT EVERRRR order Sushi there - the quality was shocking... I took the food back and all the manager said was OH!!!! I have to talk to Uber eats, they wont refund me, turned aroumd and walked away... DONT EVER ORDER FROM FISHAWAYS HIGHLANDS - QUALITY AND SERVICES THE WORST EVERRRR!!!
WORST experience ever at the Irene mall branch - avoid that branch if possible!. First time going there for a highlight and cut… after 3 and a half hours my highlights wasn’t done and my sculp on fire… only when I started saying it is not right did the hairdresser started giving attention and I said to them to just rinse my hair I want to leave (without a cut)… When I went to pay she came standing there asking me whether I was happy and I said to her she needs to learn what customer service are… you can’t just leave your customer after applying products and should look after your clients not taking on others while you supposed to be attending to your current client… I left very disappointed and will never go back there again!!!
WORST or rather NO customer service... went to PG Glass Centurion at 11:40 to fix a chip in the windscreen... Lady refused to assist as they are closing at 12:00 and there are cars cars on the floor... walked in and NOT A SINGLE car on the floor - I asked her to show me the cars she was talking about and she said they will not assists as they close at 12:00... She refused to help me and another lady that stop jjst after me, also for a chip repair. I told her not to lie to customers if they clearly not going to assist cliemts - SHOCKING services and will NEVER do business with PG Glass again... Tried to call the branch manager to ask him about his customer services - For 20 min NOT answering the phones at PG glass Centurion!!! Clearly they dont need customers.
I have been trying to get hold of FlySafair for two days, they don't answer any of their phone calls or don't reply on any of their emails to change a flight. This is not what customer services is all about.
Worst service ever.. I had to replace my windscreen - made appointment with Glasfit and when I arrived, the appointment wasnt booked and my windscreen not delivered... told me he tried to send me an sms - no sms, no phone call... WORST service ever... thank you but from now on I will do my business through PG where you get professional services!!!
<p>Went to watch Spiderman but after 40min advising the staff that thr projector is not working a gentleman advised us that they are experiencing huge projector problems and we can watch another movie... We requesteda refunf just yo get treated horrible by Khalegong who refused to give us our refund until we fetched our ticket then throws the refund on the counter with a bad attitude and when I told het due to a technical ptoblem on thei side it is not nice treating customers like that, I would please like to speak to the manager, she runs off, rip a piece of paper off, shuff it into my hands and tell me to go away... what had to be such an exciting evening turn out to one of our worst experiences - will NEVER go to those movies again, thanks to Khalegong!</p>
<p>3 people in the bank at Benmore to do deposit as the tellers were'nt working... Took 45min being second as there was not sufficient staff yo assist... then to chnge your pin another 40min... SHOCKING!!!!</p>
