The service I get from Alberton pg glass is really bad. What happened I went there last week to install my car glass windscreen I got to there late,but they tool my car in to install it all of a sudden my car was taken out coz there was someone who had appoint at that time which I acknowledge that I was late, made another appointment same time which I was fine with. So on the day of my appointment I went the following week got there the windscreen was not there which I could not understand coz the they send me confirmation message before the actual day. The whites guy who is the one helping me all these time ask if I could arrange another day coz the don't have the glass then I told him I won't come there three times since it's not my me who is late or wrong they should make sure they come to my place to install it and side he will call me Monday which he never did today is the day we agreed on had to call him 2 twice to ask on what time they will come since in the Moy saying he will call me back still waiting now I have to cancel my thing to just wait for time which don't know these person who is coming to install my screen which I paid full. And I feel like these guy is very rude and arrogant and ****** because last when I got there the white person got attend quick Coz is white.as I speak now I'm still waiting for call since in the morning.

On the 28th November 2025 my car window was smash in an attempt to break in and ***** whatever they could find in it. My insurance arranged for it to be fixed at PG Glass and the nearest from home working with them was in Wonderboom Pretoria North. I could only take it there on the 8th December 2025 as I was traveling outside the country. I came back and took it in on the date booked and had it fixed. There were issues with the anti-smash and grab film that was put on the window but was told that it will be fine in a few days, it had tiny bubbles and an ink stamp like writing which I didn't like. I called them find out if it can be removed they said yes and asked to bring it in whenever I can. I managed to take it in on the 15th May 2026 and they changed the film for me. The bubbles were now worse than the ones before and just before I left the premises I showed them, he fixed it. There was a scratch like looking like thick line with I thought was gonna be wiped off but when I got home, I realized it was not going away and the film looks more horrible than the previous one. I feel like I'm nagging but my car is still new with such issues that make it look like it's old I'm really not happy please respond and tell me what to do PG Glass. Can they allocate me another branch I can go to to fix this please because I don't want them to feel I'm a nagging client who doesn't get satisfied, but I feel taken advantage of because I'm a woman. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I am so upset I am in years PG Auto glass Umhlanga just cost me R1000. I had a confirmed appointment for 08h00 I then get an WhatsApp from yesterday after working hours confirming my appointment at 10h00. I had a psychologist appointment at that time which is why I asked for 08h00. I told PG Auto glass this and they are ignoring me and don't care. They only interested in wanting to know if I am coming in. So disappointed I am paying R1700 excess on this windscreen which means there prices are also ******ionate

I had a booking for today with the mobile glass division to come and replace my windsceen. The appointment was confirmed via WhatsApp. They just let me know that there is no booking for me today, but that my booking is tomorrow, the 5/5/2026. The reason for this is that I did not confirm my address. My address confirmation is in the same WhatsApp as the booking confirmation. I got called a **** even though I have the proof in black and white. Rather use an alternate company, as I also had problems with PG Glass last year with my previous windscreen.

I had a booking for today with the mobile glass division to come and replace my windsceen. The appointment was confirmed via WhatsApp. They just let me know that there is no booking for me today, but that my booking is tomorrow, the 5/5/2026. The reason for this is that I did not confirm my address. My address confirmation is in the same WhatsApp as the booking confirmation. I got called a **** even though I have the proof in black and white. Rather use an alternate company, as I also had problems with PG Glass last year with my previous windscreen.

I had a confirmed booking for 9am on Tuesday 28/04/2026 at PG autoglass Centurion. When I arrived I was informed that the Windscreen was not available to complete the work. I was then contacted during the course of the day to confirm that the fitment will take place at my home by a their Mobile services, the next day, 29/04/2026. I tried contacting PG Glass the entire day of 29/04/2026 with absolutely no one returning my calls or trying to assist. The work that was promised to take place at my home "DID NOT HAPPEN". The Service at PG Auto Glass is absolutely pathetic. Customer service is "NON EXISTANT" for PG Autoglass

Good day I'm truly dissipointed in PG Glass. I booked my Car for new Windscreen on the 8th April 2026 to be replaced on the 18th April 2026. When got there at PG Glass Allen's Nek they said sorry the windscreen is not there yet, will only be on Monday. They shouldv'e phones me earlier and let me know about this, i made special arrangements to get the car there. I don't know what you guys are doing during the week. But i have to work. So my question is, Why didn't they phoned me? And why do you have a booking system that doesn't work? Wast of my time. Really disappointed!!! Ref nr: WO-001577816

With the assistance of OutSurance, a booking was made at PG Glass Menlyn to have my Hyundai Venue's windscreen replaced. I arrived well before the agreed time, only to be told by reception that it would take 2 to 3 hours as they were very busy. This was repeated by the person inspecting the vehicle; they had 3 cars waiting! I asked what the point was of making an appointment and stated that it appeared as if "walk-in customers" get preference! Within minutes of my making a few phone calls, a lady came to my assistance, and my windscreen was replaced within 40 minutes! Thank you to that lady!
