nothing but good from aap even when i ordered a wrong part they made sure that its received back and refunded. the service is the best i had on any online so far
So. Drove to 2 branches and found something i wanted. REFUSED to sell ut to me as the product is discontinued. The store manager also protested not to sell off floor. I will not advise going to this franchise to buy nothing from them. And believe me. This isnt the only platform for review

After numerous times sending my sequestration letter to them (HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA) I still have debt on my Transunion account and when i contact them, i get told they have no way of removing that. but how on earth did you put that on my record, but can not take it off. Then after that i get NOTHING!!! You guys allow your clients to over debt themselves and make them pay even if they go to the lowest point of liquidating themselves. Recovery is a long and very painful exercise and when you debit it makes it harder
I get the following on my statement Transaction Description Code 6081 Description Pmt Honfee Category Fees Sub-Category Excess Fee Now.. the account is empty, but still it processes transactions.. How on earth is this possible as i do not have an overdraft or anything.. How can the transactions just not be declined like all other banking does. and now there is a load of fees on stuff you honoured and i am not credit viable as I am sequestrated. Still there is a Neg balance of the stuff processed plus your precess fees.. HOW IS THIS POSSABLE??
Here we go again.. Trying a new service only to find i get GENERIC answers and no investigation into it. Yes this is your consultant Kyle. he gives generic answers and not investigating what is happening with the ticket. Even if i give screenshots. I now wish to move all this BACK to my old provider as this simply just not works for me. i dont mind you had a ddos attack. i understand that. but having consultants that is lazy work on tickets hits hard. So . No need to reply as im saying goodbye
Again i have to resort to this.. all those PROMISES you made of cancelling etc. etc. is lies. Now i will be doing as i said last time. I will reverse the debits as far as i can and i will put the device outside on my dustbin for you to collect as you do not care about your clients, or service
Cancelling a service is HELL. 2 months it has gone off my account and i did request cancellation twice already. Get back to me asap!!
There is no more than 5 star for this company, I have had my car towed in on the wednesday morning. The car was photographed inside out and forms filled in. I was called not even 3 hours after my car was left there for the quotation , When i agreed the car was worked on, the next day i got another call that the parts was delivered and the assembly is in process, And the morning after i picked up my car! Wonderful service and great communication. I would send any and all vehicles that side. Big thanks to Sone . She was one of the stars at Flora Auto Clinic!
