Over 2 Weeks to Get a Response From FNB even After logging your query on the FnbApp is Unacceptable. I am disgusted by the lack of feedback they have for their clients, however when you use this platform to voice your frustration, I will get a call from FNB and they will lie again and again about how sorry they are not contacting you.
I ordered a part from Fiat Midrand parts department, Ashley a few weeks ago. I understand the part had to be imported and waited patiently for it. Ashley called me over 3 weeks ago and told me the part has arrived. I requested it be delivered, I still have not had any response from Adhley as yet regarding the delivery of the part.
I had issues with setting up a Fibre Line and contacted the 10210 assistance line and I had no joy . The 3 ladies I spoke to were not helpful at all and did not even know the D Link modem technical features such as the range of the modem.
I held on for 25 minutes on the phone , this was at 8h45am, to get my email address changed as I have not been receiving my monthly statements. It's 13h35 know and I still haven't had any feedback from ABSA
I ordered a 20cm sub on the 29 November from Pizza Perfect Sunny rock and it was far from perfect.The Roll was stale and the filling was still cold and undercooked causing the stale roll to be more soggy and as I picked it up out the box, the roll broke apart. Had I been from the area I would have taken it back and demanded a refund as it was inedible. The service from the staff was needless to say not helpful.The counter assistant was chewing gum and it seemed I disturbed their chat session and she could barely speak cause she was busy chewing gum. I will not be back there in a hurry.
What is the purpose of using secure chat when the consultants do not even understand your Query and will only inform you afterwards it is not their department. Absolutely a waste of time.
There is no service from Legalwise as they don't meet their claim to contact the client within 5 days. I have not been contacted once.
I logged a complaint on Friday morning- 11/07, regarding cancelation of my credit card. Im received a call at 3h40 from a consultant who was not eager to assist considering the time and his ability to resolve my complaint. 5he consultant was trying to get me off the phone and was not keen to assist. He promised me he will get back to on Monday, and yes yesterday was Monday and I received no call from him or standard bank as he promised me on Friday he will get back to me with positive feedback. I am still waiting.
To my dismay I had my credit card canceled with a credit balance, the reason it was not ficad. I had no attempt or communication from standard bank requesting the card to be ficad. I have not even had any communication from standard bank to refund the money due to me.
Does legalwise 's contact forms work ? If they claim it works, it's falls as I haven't been contacted as yet.
