Pizza Perfect
Based on recent customer reviews, Pizza Perfect is receiving predominantly negative feedback across multiple branches, with serious concerns around food hygiene and quality control. Customers consistently mention foreign objects found in pizzas, including hair and other contaminants, alongside complaints about reduced toppings, bland flavour, and inconsistent preparation. A recurring theme is poor complaint handling, with patrons describing rude staff, unhelpful management, and refusal to issue refunds or meaningful compensation. Positive feedback exists in pockets, where individual cashiers are praised for friendly service and certain branches are noted for warm, well loaded pizzas.

I regret being loyal to pizza perfect in Glen Ballad because what ****ty customer service do I keep allowing myself to experience. My order is always late and cold I constantly have to call and follow up when I do I’m met with arrogant people who answer the phone and treat me like I annoy them. I hate complaining but 3 times experiencing the same thing is awful. Do better

I have been a loyal supporter of Pizza Perfect Equestria for almost a decade, ordering from them 1 to 3 times every single week. Since its inception, my go-to has always been their foldover — it’s a quick, cheap, R36 meal that offered great value. Today, that decade of customer loyalty meant absolutely nothing. When I went to pay for my R36 order, I was flatly told that they "don't allow card swipes for under R50." To force a customer to buy more items just to meet an arbitrary, self-imposed limit is incredibly cheap. More importantly, this practice is entirely *******. Under the Consumer Protection Act and the regulations set by the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA), merchants are strictly prohibited from imposing minimum card spend amounts or penalising customers for paying digitally. Bank transaction fees are a standard cost of doing business, not an excuse to ****** an extra R14 out of a regular customer. It is pathetic that a business would rather lose a 10-year, multi-visit-a-week customer over a card transaction fee on a R36 foldover. If you don't carry cash, don't bother coming here—they’d rather break merchant rules and alienate their regulars than process a legal card payment. Unacceptable service. I won't be back.

Ordered everyday madness special. The chicken was so thin if u had to out 5 of them together it still would be equivalent to 1 chicken breast, it was tasteless, they used terrible processed sliced cheese. It's was the worst food I've ever had. Took it back. The owners attitude sucks. Only thing he says it's coz it's grilled chicken. It was a thin as paper. Food was cold. Well obviously it's cold there's no actual meat to be warm. Wasnt even offered a refund or to make something else. So i paid R110 and had no lunch.

On the 24th of February around 18h30 we went to Pizza Perfect in Lambton to buy food. It took ages before we were attended to and when my wife asked which pizzas were on special she was answered so rudely that I were extremely offended and I told the rude person behind the counter what I thought of her attitude and we left to go to a much better Pizza Plaze (ICE Restrobar) where we were attended to very friendly and their special on their pizza were R20 cheaper with a greater variety to choose from then the shop where we came from. I wish I knew who the owner was so that I can inform him about that rude woman behind the counter that treated us like a real ******. Shame on you for employing idiots like that it damages not only the image of your shop but the brand as well as no Pizza Perfect shop will ever see us again.
