I have being using Bark for a year now and i am extremely disappointed. I believe that Barks.com business model is based around ripping of the professionals that use this marketplace. There return of credits policy dies not support the professionals. My Stats below, i earned R20.40 per hour over 45 days (thats less than min wage) Rand Value R8 433.20 Total Days 45 Cost of 1 Credit R11.60 Used Zar per day R187.40 Nr of Credits used (Sub Total) 843 Bad Leads (Approx conservative) 50% Zar Bad leads 4555.9 Nr of Credit Returned (Count 3) -58 Zar credit returned 672.8 Final Credits used 785 Jobs received 4 Total Zar jobs received R11 600.00 The Financial Breakdown Total Revenue: R11,600 Total Costs: R8,433 (spent) + R1,125 (connectivity) = R9,558 Net Profit: R11,600 - R9,558 = R2,042 ROI Percentage: 21.36% Net Profit: R2,042 Time Spent: 100 Hours Hourly Rate: R20.42 per hour
The service from this provider is pathetic. There are so many issues I dnt know where to start. The claim was logged last Thursday and 6 days later there is still no claim feedback. The claims dept refuses to put me through to the assessor. I am currently on the phone with Nicole and she has refused to get a manager to help.me, she refuses to pit me through to the assessor and because I refused to put the phone down and wait for feedback she has placed me on hold and left the call. I already warned Moegamat yesterday that I needed the car back by Wednesday as my spouse needed to go for her medical treatment. He promised to i form the assessor and yet now sense of urgency from this provider. Don't trust Motor Plan direct or its holding co.pany Old Mutual .
Motorplan /Mvia are disappointing. Waited.on average 45 mins to get through to anyone. Claims assessor takes extremely long to respond and then delays processing of claims by making requests like resend docs I cannot open the ones you sent My vehicle has been at audi now for 3 days because of the terrible service from MOTORPLAN DIRECT. I regret becoming a customer.
The service consultants on the chat platform are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The insurer is innovative and prompt at claims processing and payment. Really happy with One Plan and Team.
Extra home loan debit put through on my cheque account. Spoke to Emile from ABSA homeloans today and I was lost for words at the poor active listening skills and lack of empathy shown. All Emile focused on was insisting that I was wrong and I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to someone willing to assist and he cut me off mid sentence and put me back into the que.

The service and commitment from this institution is horrible, unprofessional and comes close to plain stealing. Registered and paid a R4200 DEPOSIT. cancelled because it took more than a month to just get me set up online. Now they make it impossible to speak to anyone about getting a refund. This is pathetic.

Settled my Credit card and overdraft facility early March 2018 as per the settlement letter received. I spoke to several consultants from the legal department and sent numerous emails about the same info after speaking to a different consultant each time, its almost 2 months later and i am yet to receive and proper update or my letter.
