FNB is incompitenct . this is the second time i have to go into the branch to prove that i don't work outside of south africa to prevent my accounts from being frozen. i have never worked outside of the country and they can see from my transactions that i am transacting in gauteng. their *********** stuff captured my details incorrectly
I have been waiting for my license disk for nearly 2 weeks now. I am in the randburg area. What if they lose my disk . I paid for my disk on the 28th of september 2023 . I recieved a message that my parcel will be delivered today. It is now 5pm and sky net has not called me
I have been waiting for my parcel since the 3rd of October. This is such an inconvenience. why pay for a courier saving when you have to wait for almost a week and no communication from them
They captured the wrong date for the cancellation of my insurance and when I phoned to request a refund they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I just want my money back as the premium was already deducted for the month
I would like to lay a complaint against Galaxy memorials in Krugersdorp. we paid them in full to erect a tombstone in May 2018 and they have still not finished erecting the tombstone after 3 years. we called them and went to their premises multiple times to complain but our complaints fell on deaf ears. When contacting them please use the Panana surname(The tombstone is at Kagiso cemetery) as a reference since that is the surname on the tombstone.

I was charged R226 for a trip from multichoice, Randburg to Puttick avenue, sundowner, which is a less than 9 KM. I was charged more than 2 times the amount. I should have been charged R95.00
I bought a Samsung washing machine from Hirsch's Weltervreden Park at the end of July 2018. At the end of November 2018 i called them informing them that the washing machine has never worked and i am getting an 5E error. a call was logged with samsung and they keep telling me check the pipe and they are not interested in sending a technician (I checked the pipe and i am still have problems) . all i am requesting is for them to send a technician because this is a brand new machine and it has never worked.
I did shopping this past saturday at Mr Price Northgate. I paid with a debit card and for some reason the system would not print the receipt. I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes while the problem. I actually ended up leaving without a Reciept and the issue had still not being sorted.
I paid cash to get a kitchen unit installed by Bradlows Krugersdorps. over a month latter i am still waiting for them to fit in 2 handles and i didn't my R1000 money back because they didn't finish the job.
