Order not received- I have been waiting for my order for a while. I have emailed and they say they came to my place but they did not. That same day they allegedly came I received an order from other company with no issues. (Like countless other times). I am unable to get the item I ordered from sportsman warehouse. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund.
I have been trying to get an upgrade from Nov 25 , the first time I called to make an upgrade nothing was done about it. I called again in Jan 26 and started the process all over again and everything was done until I called to find out where my delivery was. At the end of the second upgrade attempt all I needed to do was wait for the delivery team to deliver my new phone. However when I called to follow up I was told today that the upgrade was cancelled no notice , nothing so now I have to start the THIRD upgrade attempt , this is really frustrating and poor service.
I went to rage head office to drop something off on Friday 8 September 19 at around 8am in the morning. When I arrived there I told the guard I was meeting someone and he asked me if the person is coming outside I said no I am going to reception he told me to go in park at the back and I did that as I am walking into the reception the guard told me to come back to the guard gate and sign I asked him why didn't he make me sign when I drove in it doesn't make sense to tell me to park then come to the gate to sign in I told him this doesn't make sense. He was unprofessional and rude the whole time calling me a ''pos'' and swearing at him so close to me his finger in my face he touched my lips I told him if he touched me again I would call the police and he continued with is bad behavior towards me. He was rude aggressive and intimidating towards me and not how a person whos at work should talk or behavior towards people.disappointed that rage lets its staff treat woman so poorly with abusive. I don't see how this behavior is allowed
I went ABSA greenstone on Monday to send money via western union and was told I need proof of residence and bank statements would be sufficient. Then I went to my bank got bank statements to use as proof of residence then when I returned they said I need bank statements for 3 months. I returned to ABSA greenstone with 3 months bank statement and when I got to the counter I was then told that I need bank statements, payslip and proof of residence completely different from the last time I went. The woman at the counter was unhelpful and unprofessional and dealing with ABSA greenstone was a horrible experience. Its disappointing that noone seems to know what is required people tell you different requirements and you made to run from place to place with very unfriendly staff who are not helpful. Very disappointed with ABSA greenstone foreign exchange services.
Went to Mukuru Kempton this morning and there was one lady who was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was only one lady helping all the customers. Despite having all my documents in order she told me she could not help me because the sender of the money had not written my initial. When I called to tell them my experience the manager at Kempton park ask me why I hadnt used another means to send money. Unprofessional and bad service will never use them again
I recently traveled with Greyhound and the staff was professional and the service was great.
I went to Sandton city and accidentally locked my car keys in my car and called 24-7 Gauteng (Mobile) Locksmith on ********** / 0860 148 166. They came out afterwards the guy Christian charged me R1690 for something that took him 5 secs to do. He took advantage that I was stranded and that I am a female and was alone. When I tried to call them the next day first they cut the phone and then the next call they told me to go see a lawyer he was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT use them there are better and more professional lock smith out there.

He charged me R1690 for something that took him 5 seconds to do. I am not sure what kind of rate that is. He then took my cars and put them in his pocket as if I wasn't going to pay. The next morning I called the business I couldn't get over how much they charged me and they were completely unprofessional the first time they cut the call the second time told me that I must go to a lawyer 'what can he do'. There are alot of locksmiths out there that will give you better service at a better price DO NOT use these ones.
I called to make a reservation for tonight and was told by a rude person named Alex that he wouldn't be able to help me saying that they don't do reservations on Fridays and Saturdays. I found him unhelpful and rude even when I was trying to explain that I had never experienced this before he was very rude and got loud before cutting the phone on me. Very bad service
<p>This all started on the 27th of December when I decided o rent a movie from Box Office DSTV (which I regret very much). In fact this is my 2nd Hello Peter complaint about the same issue I suppose DSTV doesn't care about customer service or delivering a basic service which they advertise so much on TV. I rented a movie and 2 payments went through my account. I waited and no movie. I called DSTV they told me its a bank issue no payment has been received on their side I called the bank the payment was pending on the 27th of December. It went through on the 30th of December no one bothered to call me from DSTV after my hello peter complaint and I had to phone them AGAIN. They told me that they had asked me to send my bank statement (lies this did not happen) but I sent them on that day to a consultant and to ********** on the 2nd of Jan 2017. I got an auto reply with the reference number ********** and a promise to get a reply withing 24 hours. 24 hours have come and gone alas nothing from DSTV. I am so disgusted with their service in fact I am making it a point to discourage everyone I know NEVER to rent a movie from Box Offfie. Word of mouth is just as effective infact I saved a colleague from "renting" a movie today. Not worth all this. Not worth the head ache. They have my number AND my email address. DSTV Box Office clearly do not care about following through and making a service avalible like they promise.</p>
