DO NOT USE 24 HOUR MOBILE LOCKSMITH PAARL Pleases, contact any other service, except these guys....all good with call out fee, as expected, although in normal working hours, but work done and cost, to replace spring in lock, as per technician, which took him 3 minutes, tops, was absolutely RIDICULOUS...R980....NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY LOVELY SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS....IF THATS THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS, GOOD LUCK, LETS SEE HOW LONG THE CAN SAIL THAT SHIP

unfair treatment
I am very disappointed with the Locksmith in Rondebult Boksburg.I went there on a Saturday for car coding service because I've lost my keys due to the hijacking incident.The guy who was helping me asked for a deposit of R1500.00 I paid it.He promised to go to the saps impound on a Monday.Monday passed I contacted him he said Tuesday and there was nothing.He only called me on a Wednesday telling me that he was at the impound and they need the owner of the car.Unfortunately I was at work, I've asked him to reschedule the appointment for a Thursday 9 am. He agreed I was late because I was at work.He then send me a WhatsApp telling me that he is leaving I've tried to apologise for being late he then shouted and swearing at me.I said it's fine they should refund me if they can't do the job. He just said he is giving me 3 options, 1 I tow my car to them, 2 I take out a key locker and 3 I pay R450 for a call out fee otherwise they aren't going to refund me.I've lost my money and my car doesn't have a key.Their service is bad and they are so arrogant and they don't treat customers fairly. I'm not the first customer who experienced the kind of service in that shop, they are just rude. Klaar

If you need a lock smith DO NOT use 24-7 Gauteng Locksmith on 076 632 5424/0860 148 166
I went to Sandton city and accidentally locked my car keys in my car and called 24-7 Gauteng (Mobile) Locksmith on ********** / 0860 148 166. They came out afterwards the guy Christian charged me R1690 for something that took him 5 secs to do. He took advantage that I was stranded and that I am a female and was alone. When I tried to call them the next day first they cut the phone and then the next call they told me to go see a lawyer he was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT use them there are better and more professional lock smith out there.

Excellent service
<p>The key for the trellidor in my house got stuck, after several attempts to try and get assistance from Trellidor, who told me that they work Mondays to Fridays normal hours. I googled a number for Locksmith Durban. The guy was so helpful and effecient. He sent somebody into my house and in no time I was sorted. I had anxiety and now it's all gone. The extra hours you put in are honestly helpful @Locksmith Durban. Thank you. </p>

False quotes and terrible service
<p>Service from 24 hour mobile locksmiths is terrible, was telephonically quoted, R495 call out and between R195 and R295 per lock replacement. When they arrived on site the amount went up to over R4000.00 for 7 locks, with each lock costing R495. When I queried the price I was told that I was wrong but they would reduce the price to just under R4000.00. When I then questioned the manager I got told its R395 per lock. When I declined the work the locksmith tried to intimidate my wife and refused to leave the premises without proof of payment for call out which suddenly went up to R695, when I disputed this they said it was R495 plus R200 for labour, without any labour being done, and only corrected it after I had to correct them. </p> <p> </p>
