I paid my Prime loans account in January the 27th, I still show on experian as owing, I requested for a paid up letter a month ago and received no response from you. I need a paid up letter and I need you to please update my account. I am unable to buy property because of this.
Good day I have been sending emails and nothing is being done. I paid my account in January, I sent the proof of payment yet I still show as owing on Experian. When will you update your accounts? when will receive my paid up letter?
Why is my profile showing me that I still owe you when my account was paid in January and in full? Transunion is not updated because you havent updated on your side?
I paid this account in January and you still appear on Transunion as if I owe you. Please update your accounts and remove me from your "people owing" list. I need you cleared off of my profile.
I paid up my Finchoice account in January and to date I still dont have a paid up letter and they still havent updated their account. I still show as owing on Transunion. I sent numerous emails requesting that this be resolved but still nothing. I need my name to be cleared off of your accounts and my profile updated!!!!
Paid up the account but I'm still blacklisted. I asked for a paid up letter but their emails keep bouncing back. You can't call them but they will harras you.
From R9000 temp loan to R1000. You lured me into this and now that I'm depending on it you cut it down to R1000 as if I haven't been loyal. Please stop doing this. I have to complain every month.
I will never understand why you offered me a temporary loan that went from R5000 to R8500 and just when I was getting my life on track you reduce it down to R3400. I have never missed a single payment and have been very faithful to FNB. I was depending on that R8500, what am I gonna do with a fraction of that money. Please increase it back to R8500.
I'll never understand why you offered me a Temporary Loan and when I depend on it you take it away and tell me that I don't qualify. I've been paying it well for 3 months and today you decline me and tell me that I don't qualify. Was I not qualifying for it when you offered it to me in the first place? Why drop your customers dry when they need you the most? I'll be looking for another bank. A bank that cares.
