The "selfie" on my app could not be verified. For 4 days I tried phoning (Just an answering machine), automated response on email with a new reference number every time and the live chat is pathetic. A total waste of time, with no care or concern for the client.

I experienced an issue with topping up a money-market voucher but it does not split the payments. I was than told by one of your agents that I cannot buy at Shoprite or PnP anymore because I need to start using other stores. I do not need anything at the other stores. Is this true because its an extreme inconvenience. It takes away the freedom of using your product.

I've received email statement that my installments were not collected while I had enough funds in my account. The installations were due yesterday, when I checked from the there are fees added to my account. The was no notification of insufficient funds from my bank account. It is the second time now this incident is occurring.I actually charged interests while they are not deducted money and within the 24hrs period as per their policy.

A disgusting company. My OTP never arrives and I cannot fully transact. Theo support is a joke, it’s been going on for 3 months now and their support staff simply abandon the query without resolving it

The worst company ever, you send them numerous emails with no avail, right now I’ve been told to send my picture with an ID to solve my problem, because I can’t use my account due to failed face verification . Even when trying to call no on answers only an automated reply and that’s it. PayJustNow should do better I'm so frustrated I have an event this Saturday I need to buy some things

The worst company ever, you send them numerous emails with no avail, right now I’ve been told to send my picture with an ID to solve my problem, because I can’t use my account due to failed face verification . Even when trying to call no on answers only an automated reply and that’s it. PayJustNow should do better I'm so frustrated I have an event this Saturday I need to buy some things

I ordered things for a pet on Takealot (paid via PayJustNow), I ended up having to cancel the order before it shipped because we lost the pet. Takealot processed the refund, but when it came to PayJustNow updating my account they made one heck of a mess! The order total was R1,839.00, PayJustNow only refunded R190 off my account. The online chat portal is very unhelpful, when you phone it always just rings (no one answers even if you phone at different times during the day), and they take ages to reply to an email. I sent an email to them regarding the incorrect refund amount on 05/05/2026 (2 days after I cancelled the order). I only received a reply on 12/05/2026. I answered the lady's question via an email reply the same day. No feedback received until 19/05/2026, a day after I sent a follow-up email. The feedback was that the matter was escalated to the merchant team. No feedback or correction received to date. My next installment is due today and they are already threatening with penalty fees if it's not paid by COB today. BUT they can't fix a refund mistake THEY made since 05/05/2026 already!!!!

I love Pay Just Now however there customer service is disappointing. Like you chatting to a bot that says you will be connected to a human. You send a email and get an automated response. I don't understand why a growing company cannot invest in there Customer Service
