I experienced an issue with topping up a money-market voucher but it does not split the payments. I was than told by one of your agents that I cannot buy at Shoprite or PnP anymore because I need to start using other stores. I do not need anything at the other stores. Is this true because its an extreme inconvenience. It takes away the freedom of using your product.
I was approved for a R1500 on PayJustNow. I logged in to load a moneymaerket voucher but the option was gone and a new option was loaded. I had to complete an application but stopped when it requested me to approve a credit check. But this company went on to load a debit order mandate and they are now not assisting to remove it. How do you load a debit order in an account where you did not lend money to. Please remove this mandate as soon as possible!
I have been using Rain ISP for a few years and it was actually always good. Until I could not afford them anymore. I was billed for months the Router was completely off since I moved to a rural area where it does not work at all. I NEVER agreed or signed for a contract. I specifically took Rain since it was a month to month. I was told THEY CHANGED IT. With who's consent I would love to know. Now that I want to Cancel it I am told I must pay the arrears of R2500. I do not mind paying it off. But I was advised This must be settled otherwise I should pay it off next to being billed. Does that make sense. When will this be settled. I do not want or need your services. Please cancel my service so I can start paying off the outstanding balance.
I lived in a 1bed apartment for a year and a half and when I upgraded to a bigger apartment in the same building I was charged about R1200 for damages. I eventually moved out completely from the 2 bedroom we rented for 6 months and was charged R21000. The evaluation was done in our adsence because it was not loaded on the check sheet on time. Nothing was damaged we left the flat with a dirty wall in the kids room. Since than I have been struggling to get this resolved. Cityprop is not helpful AT ALL. It's messing up my credit score.
The customer is on point. The consultants are well informed and friendly.
After double debiting my account you guys still have the audacity to cut me off and say I must pay! Please fix this ASAP so I can work. This is my last month with you guys. I logged a ticket no feedback. I am blown away by this company! I am laughing at myself here. LOL!
My debit for order for rain revered due to insufficient funds. Its a new year with brand new responsibilities. There is no money in my account and there will be no money until I get paid again. But Rain keeps on checking if there is money to deduct and continues to do so with different reference numbers. I get charged R8.50 on my account and it has done this 6 times already which amounts to R51.00 so far. Will I be reimbursed?! My account has gone into a minus status. Please STOP IMMEDIATELY! You blocked your services which is perfect I do not need internet this month. I will continue with your services next month. Worse thing about your service this is the only platform I can communicate with you because you are unreachable on everything! I am definitely considering an alternative.
I have tried multiple times to get Outsurance to remove their account on my credit record. It has been over 2 years now! I requested several times for it to be closed as I was unemployed for a full year hence the request. This is now showing on my credit profile and has a heavily negative affect on it. Please kindly forward this to the relevant department to handle with utter urgency! Policy : OT41516618
I have been using rain for 3 months now and I have enjoyed it thus far with no issues. My problem just started now. I have no connection. I am connected but clearly cut off and debit order was successfully paid. I spent R30 airtime waiting for support. There is no email or chat support channels available. May I please get a callback A.S.A.P
