I love Pay Just Now however there customer service is disappointing. Like you chatting to a bot that says you will be connected to a human. You send a email and get an automated response. I don't understand why a growing company cannot invest in there Customer Service
It is so sad what Eskom is doing to customers. They're are exploiting innocent customers to make up for all the profit that they're lost. I have explained to them numerous times my property was vacant. I have provided time stamp proof and videos however they're didn't evens review my case. They're made up their mind becomes evens giving me a hearing and now I need to pay R6052 for a reconnection of my meter for a ghost vending claim. They're did not evens provide me with proof. Is there anyone that can help me please
What a bad first experience with Ram couriers. Did an online order, delivery is being done by Ram. My delivery address was wrong. I called Edgars and they're confirmed they're have forwarded the correct delivery address to Ram. I evens used the hopeless self service service to amend the delivery address to the correct one. They're then attempted to deliver and said my address is invalid. However bear in mind I used there hopeless selves service WhatsApp platform to amend the address and Edgars forwarded the correct address to them. So since then they're never called again, no email, no sms nothing.
Since my last review to date I am still left without electricity. It's really a shame how Eskom handle it's customers. Just because we are stucked with Eskom as an electricity provider we have to just go with their terms. They're Wrongfully confiscated my electricity meter, I have been waiting on an electrician to return my meter after I went to their main branch in Bellville, bear in mind it is my time and transport. They're came last week unannounced no calls no warning and just expect me to be at home where as I'm working. Where in the world do they're just rock up at a person's front door unannounced without notifying a person. I called the call center and waited 25 minutes only for the line to go silent after I'm number 1 caller in the queue.
Eskom is the worst. They're had to do an audit on my meter. I wasn't at home, then I contacted their audit team to come back to my property. They're came last week Thursday, 04 March. Audited my meter and confirmed telephoncally everything is in order. To my surprise arriving at home the evening my supply was switch off. They're didn't leave any report why they're still switch my supply off. Now I've been contacting the audit team since last week Thursday and the phone cause to VM constantly. If I had a choice to move my meter to a City meter I would do so as I'm a first time home owner and the service Eskom gives is unbelievable, worst ever

Still awaiting on an email from Tamryn. They're give confirmation of a debit amount and deduct something different

I called Monday as my prepaid Vodacom voucher gives an error message and does not want to load into my phone. The agent told me she is going to do network settings. I told her there is nothing wrong with my network settings and she need to transfer me to someone else. I then spoke to Leon the manager who told me he'll refresh my line then call me back. I'm still waiting for my call back and airtime still not loaded. I didn't expect that from you Vodacom, very disappointed
I would like to say thank you to Christa @ The Mattress Warehouse for her excellent Customer Service. Evens before my order was placed she went the extra mile in checking if stock is available. After my order was placed she constantly checked in, provided me with updated up until the item was delivered. You truly an asset to the company and I will definitely tell my friends and family about my experience. Keep up the good work 🌟
