In October 2023 my husband got into a car accident with someone who works for a company called mpact. We claimed 3rd party from them to avoid our premiums going up etc . Paladin has advised that they took the matter for review or rather decision making to their 3rd party lawyers from PVC inc , it has been well we are taken from one pillar to the next all parties involved are not assisting at all but rather pass the bug. We are losing on business daily as the car is our company vehicle which costs us to even use our private vehicles. Their insurance assessor came to assess our vehicle and clearly stipulated that the car is not a write off on the document, they are now telling us that they cannot fix the car due to the repair amount being more than the value of the vehicle so PVC decided to write off the vehicle when u request for the retail or book value of the car they duck and dive . Mpact is so irresponsible if their clients drives their vehicles without checking if the car is in our to be on the road . When involved in accidents they pass the bug. We have been calling and sending numerous texts etc and we not getting any help They have caused emotional distress, and lots of unnecessary money has been sent Mpume is actually the employee who was driving the company vehicle on the date of incident. He ignores our calls and comes with excuses all the time forgetting that he declared on a legal document that the vehicle had a fault and it’s all his fault which is the company vehicle Pam is the one who we are referred to she is always dismissive and doesn’t want to take accountability, Mpume and Bonolo who is a logistics co ordinator stated that the Pam lady is the one dealing with insurances . Today telephonically she advised that she doesn’t deal with 3rd party matter which are external These people have caused pain and distress to our company and should pay

A business that advertises for collection days via downloadable calendar and then does not provide such services for over 3 months and to boot simply refuses to answer queries and correspondence. Small wonder that recycling in SA is proving to be a dismal failure.

<p>We have had a paper Bank for many years. And we have been receiving payment for the paper collected until February 2017. I have contacted Jade at Mpact who was going to come back to in this regard months ago. I contacted her again today still with no joy as to why we are not receiving a payment for the paper collected. They collect from us on a regular basis. I find this unacceptable and would like to know if there is another company in Durban who can help us.</p>

Once again you have done the curbside pick up, (Weltevredenpark), but left no replacement bag. How am I supposed to put out the next lot of paper for collection? The drivers you have are an ignorant bunch and I am sick of complaining only to have the system work for 2 or 3 weeks before normal service is resumed. Your company does not deserve the help of the public with the attitude of your staff.

We are a corporate who recycles our paper. Which is collected by MPact, when they feel like it. <br> <br> I normally log a call for a collection of paper every 2 weeks, which our area is done on Monday's and Tuesday's. You get a reference number and a date as to when they will collect. Well that date comes and goes, you then send another email and they promise you they will collect the next day, which doesn't happen either. The person then even phones you and promises they will come and collect the following day first thing!!! Well, guess what it is 10:00 and still no MPACT collection, surprise surprise.<br> <br> You have to love customer service in South Africa and the worst thing it is just getting worse and worse!!!!
