Worst bank ever

Horrible Service
Hi it is with disappointment and frustration, that one has to go through this. I join debt rescue so that i can regain my financial freedom and have peace of mind and get them to assist me with paying off my debt but it has been hell. The company pitched to so then i did my research and opted to join them however i constantly have to make communicate with regarding the inconsistency in them collecting their debit order. In December 2024, they sent me an SMS to choose a date for debiting which i did however they decided to do otherwise and escalate the matter to their collections department, they managed to debit me on the day i did not agree with and i was so inconvenienced considering the fact that i had selected a date and they acted as if i did not want to pay them. In January 2025, they did not take their money on time as i have agreed on the contractual date , my policies took the funds , i then sent an email to a lady who i think is the only competent one by the name of Nozipho she then put me through to their accounts department , i then spoke to the lady explaining that i am inconvenienced with them not taking their money on time and that the debit order will be less for this month , she then said that she will call me back and has not called or sent an email , i need them to call me today so that we can arrange for the debit order to go off DEBT RESCUE is STRESS more than RESCUE They never call you as a client to check and find out how are you since you are with them... i cant wait to finish with them and part ways

Bad company Mpact not checking their vehicles before being on public roads
In October 2023 my husband got into a car accident with someone who works for a company called mpact. We claimed 3rd party from them to avoid our premiums going up etc . Paladin has advised that they took the matter for review or rather decision making to their 3rd party lawyers from PVC inc , it has been well we are taken from one pillar to the next all parties involved are not assisting at all but rather pass the bug. We are losing on business daily as the car is our company vehicle which costs us to even use our private vehicles. Their insurance assessor came to assess our vehicle and clearly stipulated that the car is not a write off on the document, they are now telling us that they cannot fix the car due to the repair amount being more than the value of the vehicle so PVC decided to write off the vehicle when u request for the retail or book value of the car they duck and dive . Mpact is so irresponsible if their clients drives their vehicles without checking if the car is in our to be on the road . When involved in accidents they pass the bug. We have been calling and sending numerous texts etc and we not getting any help They have caused emotional distress, and lots of unnecessary money has been sent Mpume is actually the employee who was driving the company vehicle on the date of incident. He ignores our calls and comes with excuses all the time forgetting that he declared on a legal document that the vehicle had a fault and it’s all his fault which is the company vehicle Pam is the one who we are referred to she is always dismissive and doesn’t want to take accountability, Mpume and Bonolo who is a logistics co ordinator stated that the Pam lady is the one dealing with insurances . Today telephonically she advised that she doesn’t deal with 3rd party matter which are external These people have caused pain and distress to our company and should pay
