<p>We have had a paper Bank for many years. And we have been receiving payment for the paper collected until February 2017. I have contacted Jade at Mpact who was going to come back to in this regard months ago. I contacted her again today still with no joy as to why we are not receiving a payment for the paper collected. They collect from us on a regular basis. I find this unacceptable and would like to know if there is another company in Durban who can help us.</p>
We are a Church. We did not ask for a listing in the White Pages. We have been billed R2424 with our Telkom account. I refuse to pay this account and have sent emails to Trudon and have had no response. The 0860 number they give, you cannot get through to. They do not respond to the emails. What must I do. If I don't pay this amount, then Telkom will cut us off. How dare Trudon abuse us like this. I have had dealings with Trudon in the past on a personal level and unless you threaten to sue them and name and shame on all levels, they do not do anything. Any suggestions.
