Please can someone contact me from trudon. I received a call from Telkom to confirm my details then suddenly i am billed for yellow pages. I never signed or agreed to this charge. I have repeated called and mailed to cancel / reverse this charge and now i am being handed over. This is a **** and i refuse to pay it. How do i stop them handing me over for this ****!!

I recently took renewed my contact with Telkom for my small business. Somehow i ended up with a subscription to yellow page. Upon realizing that this was the case, i tried contacting yellow page on 011 6740034 and emailing [email protected]. The person on the other end of the phone does not either pick up the phone, or when they do, they tell me that they will call me back , which im still waiting for the call back. I need this subscription cancelled and its costing me a lot and currently my Telkom is suspended because of this bill of yp. At this point, i am convinced that this whole yellow page thing is a ****

I have tried multiple times to contact Trudon yellow pages - number goes to voice mail and emails are not responded to. I have sent email to cancel the trudon adwords but have no acknowledgement at all. Very frustrating but my account is being debited monthly !!!

Trudon - Yellow Pages - ********* company
Its absolutely disgusting to deal with companies like Trudon/Telkom. In around Dec 2024, my wife received a call from someone from Telkom saying that she is phoning from Telkom and would just like to confirm company details. The next thing I know, my company is being billed for a subscription to Yellow Pages. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Patricia Mkhonza, from Telkom. I told her that I did not subscribe to this. She then sends a recording of the call that took place in December to prove that I my wife did subscribe to it. Really? If one has to listen to the recoding, the consultant did not even say she was offering a product or service, and she spoke under her breath when she mentioned the amount (thinking that she was talking about my Telkom line subscription). I refuse to pay a cent to this **** - evil, wicked people. If anyone as any advise on the way forward for me, please assist. Maybe the Consumer Protection Act will help??

Bunch of ****sters. Charging me R366 every month for a yellow pages entry on my business Telkom account that I in no way authorised. When they contacted me to update my details I sent them an e mail stating I do not want this service and they still went ahead and instituted it. Telkom says they can do nothing about it because it is between me and Trudon. Well they are in no way contactable wether you try phoning or e mailing and for me that is how a **** operates. So I see hundreds of exactly the same complaints as mine on Hello Peter. Time to find these ****sters.

Unauthorised Invoicing & Blacklisting Threats
I received a phone call last year from someone claiming to be from Telkom, stating they needed to update my contact details. I provided my updated information, assuming it was a routine update. However, this year, I started receiving final demand letters from Trudon, and upon investigating, I discovered they have been charging me R460 per month for a service I never signed up for. At no point did I agree to any service or contract with them. Now, they are threatening me with blacklisting over an account I never authorized. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate resolution.

Trudon and Telkom: ************!!
Pity I cannot give Zero Stars. In December I received a call from "Telkom" verifying my details. I verified the details with the agent and that was it. In January I receive a final demand order from Trudon for the December and January payment of Yello Pages. I told them I did not subscribe to YP. They sent me a voice recording of me verifying my Telkom details and at no time discussed a Yellow Pages contract or cost, etc. nor asked if I wanted to sign up. Due to Trudon's and Telkoms' ************ business practice, if this issue is not resolved with immediate effect, I will be terminating my service with Telkom and will be taking my business elsewhere, as per their recording, I made it quite clear that I could barely hear the agent who deceivingly acted under the guise of a Telkom agent updating my records, that by the way is *****, and I shall he taking action against them as my personal details were given to Telkom and not for Trudon's consumption. Disgusted. Will not be paying a cent!
