If I could give no stars I would!!! Bought a front loader washing machine less a little over a year ago. I have to wash my white clothes with my hands because they always come out with brown stains. Water leaking from the dispenser. Problem with the water leaking from the dispenser only happens now and then. My cupboard has swollen because of the water that leaks. They sent a guy out in February 2026, guy told me I have to clean the machine and do cleaning cycle, he cleaned the machine and left. I have done all of this every week, the problem is still there!!! Let me also just mention that I had a Samsung front loader for over 10 years, NEVER had to clean it nor run cleaning cycles and never had problems with clothes coming out with brown staines or water leaking.

Bought a 15kg Midea twin tub July 2025 with a 2 year guarantee in May 2026 spinner stopped working it worked 1 day then stopped for a day then worked on and off,phoned Game to let them know ,was given a repair number and waited 2 weeks for technician to come and check,only to be told spun motor burnt out due to ****roaches and cannot fix under warranty.First of all s**** service and if he e ****roach infestation how come all my other appliances are still working?Second of all how come the wash motor and the drain motor still working?This is just an excuse from Midea as they know their product is s****.My previous wash machine which was LG lasted 8 years.Midea has s****products and charge the earth for the products and use all excuses not to fix under guarantee,we now have to wash by hand.

I bought a 20kg top loader washing machine on 20 July 2025. On 11 April 2026 the washing machine stopped working, burned smell, no power on the machine and the lid does not want to open, washing stuck inside of the machine. Today is 23 April 2026, and livance has still not send out a technician to look at the washing machine claiming that they do not have a technician in the area. This is totally unacceptable, mens betaal n ***huis vol geld and this is the service we get. Sleg is an understatement

Bought a water filtration system (Midea 4 Stage Uf System - Generation 2 - UF - Model: MU136-4) through Builders, About 6 months later I want to replace the water filters, and now limited filters available (3 of 4). I contacted Midea South Africa, and were advised to email the suppliers. emailed suppliers and they can't tell me when stock are will be ordered if ever. Contacted support only to be told to log a service call on the website, and if to provide a proof of purchase. On their website the model number does not even exist so cannot create a service request since its mandatory. So in essence, Midea and partner stores like builders warehouse sell discontinued products that you cannot get "Accessories". see mail below. Hi I am assisting as the email came through to me and can do my best to supply what I can find. The filters are not a spare item but are handled by product as they are accessories and invoiced from the product warehouse. I have assisted as I can see the stock on the system but I cannot give you answers as to when or if the PP filter will be in stock. I have asked the product team and warehouse but I cannot get an answer that is satisfactory and helps in any way to get an idea of the status of this filter. I bought a 20L Microwave from Livance in 2024 December, it was replaced in November 2025 because it was not warming up food now I've experienced the same issue with the replacement. I requested for collection & refund on th 23rd of March up to this date it's still not collected. Not only do I have to eat cold leftovers I am being told that I'll have my money this time next week because they have to collect 1st. Why am I being inconvenienced when they had almost 3 weeks to collect ?

I bought a top loader washing machine I recently encountered problems with the machine I reported it a week ago… I am yet to receive their response or for them to show up I went back to the store where I bought the machine to find out what happened. The sales lady called them with no response … am just wondering why is it easy to sell us your product but difficult to fix them when we have problems…
