Stay away!

If I could give no stars I would!!!

Bought a front loader washing machine less a little over a year ago. I have to wash my white clothes with my hands because they always come out with brown stains. Water leaking from the dispenser. Problem with the water leaking from the dispenser only happens now and then. My cupboard has swollen because of the water that leaks. They sent a guy out in February 2026, guy told me I have to clean the machine and do cleaning cycle, he cleaned the machine and left. I have done all of this every week, the problem is still there!!! Let me also just mention that I had a Samsung front loader for over 10 years, NEVER had to clean it nor run cleaning cycles and never had problems with clothes coming out with brown staines or water leaking.
