If I could give no stars I would!!! Bought a front loader washing machine less a little over a year ago. I have to wash my white clothes with my hands because they always come out with brown stains. Water leaking from the dispenser. Problem with the water leaking from the dispenser only happens now and then. My cupboard has swollen because of the water that leaks. They sent a guy out in February 2026, guy told me I have to clean the machine and do cleaning cycle, he cleaned the machine and left. I have done all of this every week, the problem is still there!!! Let me also just mention that I had a Samsung front loader for over 10 years, NEVER had to clean it nor run cleaning cycles and never had problems with clothes coming out with brown staines or water leaking.
<p>I had an accident more than two months ago. Car has been written off, but havent received my payment. I loged in the claim which was good and quick. First I waited a while to get information on if my car will be repaired or not. When I eventually received that information I waited even longer to receive forms that I had to fill in to receive my payment. I phoned to put in a complaint. Did not hear anything from the complaint. Then after weeks I received an email with forms to be filled in. I did so and sent it back within two working days. Then I waited another two weeks. I phoned again to put in a complaint. I havent heard anything from that also. So I sent an email to the lady that sent me the email for the forms to be filled in. I obviously now said to her that I do not have a vehicle for over two months as I have been waiting and waiting. What is the reason for this delay and why hasent anybody phoned me with regards to the two complaints? Today I received an email form the forms lady stating she forget about me and she will make it her priority to settle my claim. Right, the courier company phones me, they can only collect my service book for my car on Monday, which means I have to wait again for my payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I getting this bad service? Why hasent anyobody phoned me about the two complaints? Why do I also not receive communication as to what is going on with my claim? Why do I have to phone every second week to know whats going on? Its as if nobody knows when I phone Santam. Do you think waiting over two months for a claim to be paid out is good? Well I DO NOT THINK SO. No answers from any of my complaints. I have proof of all the emails, and they have proof of all the calls I made to them. Leading insurer in South Africa, but poor service. </p>
<p>Hi. I bought chicken drum sticks in Port Elizabeth Pick n Pay. The sell by date where still good for one more day. When I got home the chicken where old, rotten! It looked fine but when I opened at home the smell where terrible. Now this is not the first to have happened with me, I love chicken, and I only buy chicken at PnP, but really please sort your chicken out!</p>
Why on weekends are there no ice cream or not all the flavors on the menu? I live in Port Elizabeth and experience this at Sidwell and Kenako Mall branches. This is not the first time!
Please train your staff to know your products. We got the wrong food and then when we asked her she had a very bad attitude telling us this is what we ordered even though we didn't. And there's a pamphlet of what you can order and there's a photo of a chicken panini. I asked her this is what I want, but gave me something with beef. When I complained there was a very friendly guy that was also working at Mugg and Bean and he and she then said they don't make that chicken panini that is in the pamphlet and that they don't know why the photo is in there. I can send you a photo of how it looks if you want. Just moral of story is the bad attitude, staff not properly trained and false advertising of the food.
