I am appalled that this company requires a 75% deposit and 25% before delivery. Disappointing and not a two way street. Can’t rely on them despite their history, can’t trust them!!

I wish I could give them NO STARS. The service of this company is atrocious. Please don't be fooled into buying from them as their after service is non existent. They have come to our premises 4 times now with second hand equipment and almost injured one of their technicians in the process.

Terrible customer service. Garage door was delivered more than a month late. Then the installers made an absolute mess of the installation. The R70 000 door had four unsightly holes in the top pannel and the door was fixed to the wall on the outside with steel brackets that are clearly not fit for purpose. Doors galore in Cape Town provide no customer communication and the client is required to follow up and ask questions. Now the supplier is trying to find whether it is the installer (that was contracted by the supplier) or the factory is to blame, while the client is left high and dry. See pictures below of the incredibly unprofessional installation of a high-end garage door. Absolutely shocking!

My garage door was not functioning properly so I called in Krazi Doors, a so-called specialist on garage doors. I had to pay their service call in advance. They sent a technician who was completely incompetent. He did not do even the most basic checks - for example the condition of the batteries for the motor (when I called in a different company, this was the first thing they checked and found that they were damaged). It was a very simple job. When I took the matter up with Samantha Blignaut, a director of Krazi Doors, she told me that because I had signed the technician's call register I had acknowledged that the job had been properly done and it had been my responsibility to check that everything was in working order. As I am not a garage door specialist, I was clearly in no position to do this. She told me that if the door is still not working, it would be a different job and I would have to pay for another service call. Needless to say, I did not ask Krazi Doors to come back.

Worst service ever!!! They are rude and unreliable. I arranged for a garage door repair with them, but they never kept to the scheduled time and I had to keep calling then to re-schedule. eventually they asked to reschedule for the next day and never made that time either. the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and abrupt.

They have minimal social media presence and the reason for that is the appalling service offered. I would not recommend them to anyone because i have first hand experience.

In December I got a quote, accepted it and paid my deposit. While I was are that nothing would happen over December due to Holidays, I at least expected a deposit paid thank you we will be in touch with installation details in the New Year - Nothing. In the new year I had to phone and beg for the site visit after no-one at the office knew about the job finally the penny dropped and I got a response. The sales rep Willem came to the site, measured the door, said it would be extra and he would send me a new quote. This discussion took place at the complex while standing infant of approximately 15 other doors which I said I need to match. After again hearing nothing I phoned to beg for an installation date. When the day of installation arrived I came home to a door that was the wrong colour ( I understand wood varies but tell me when you are standing in front of 15 other doors that you do not do that colour), the door was also installed over the existing plug, rendering the plug useless, no phone call to say sorry your plug is in the wrong place, just installed the door, and left it unplugged running on battery with no communication. When I took it up with them they referred to their clauses on the quote (this obviously happens a lot) and said they are not responsible. I have paid them as I take responsibility for expecting service and sharing of industry expertise from the sales rep - I guess as a business owner I just think thats business. This is just a warning if using this company make sure you cover everything in your brief. Apparently standing in front of 15 doors you are trying to match is not enough.
