I have been double debited by virgin Active SA for the last 3 months! And know one can give me and answer as to why. The customer care explains that there has been a cyber hack(not my problem!!!), there after take down my info and mention that they will get back to me asap, I am still waiting!!!! Virgin active is really becoming pathetic. It is very strange that after 6-8 months of freezing people's membership, you get cyber hacked that double debits!!! very strange! I would really appreciate if a senior manager contact me, and correct this nonsense!
Terrible service!!I was promised a upgrade package within 5-7 days, it has been over 2 weeks and nothing. I had call in to check the status, and the told me they do not have stock, and they are not sure when they will be getting. I then spoke to a "manager" Vusi Mochalla" who said that there is stock that just arrived, and that he will check which cell c branch has stock closest to me and that i will get my device by today. Well guess what nothing, he said he will call me back in and hour... never called. I called in several times, I was told that my upgrade was cancelled!!! I did not request this at all. I was very upset this is how Cell c treats their clientele!! After a many times I eventually got ahold of him(Vusi). Again he reassured me that he is checking and that he would call me back at 4pm. Guess what...no call! absolutely nothing!!!My issue has not been resolved. Very unhappy due to pathetic service! I wonder if Mr Stevenson is aware of this horrible service!!!
Worst service ever!!! They are rude and unreliable. I arranged for a garage door repair with them, but they never kept to the scheduled time and I had to keep calling then to re-schedule. eventually they asked to reschedule for the next day and never made that time either. the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and abrupt.
