This company is a complete scam. I actually closed my bank account to stop them syphoning my money. Can you believe an online company that has you registered and up in 5 mins expects you to fax them a letter to deactivate your account. This screams scam and then when you finally locate the antiquated fax machine the number is engaged. They are still charging me yet have blocked my account so I cannot even find the fax number anymore. Now they have handed me over to debt collectors, no-one has even tried to get hold of me to sort this out, they are hoping to intimidate and bully the money out of people and sadly to many give in.
I think it is appalling that MTN forces their clients to use their data within 30days. Fiber is everywhere and the only time we need to use our data is when we are mobile and generally then it is an emergency. You think you are loaded with data o LM to find it is depleted because apparently robbery is the only way this cellular network can make money!
Please do not deal with anyone from this company. Stella scammed my client into signing an "update" for the white pages online listing which had already been cancelled. The contract had the wrong company name on it. The listing was totally incorrect and did not work. When we refused to pay They handed us over to Lisa Joseph at Credit Listings Bureau in Durban. I have tried to email and phone Lisa to no avail. Obviously this is a number they use on our emails that is never answered (a bullying tactic) This is unethical and illegal, everyone has a right to be heard. I am advising my client to see this through. If anyone has similar experiences with White Pages Online please email me on [email protected] and let me know your story. Perhaps if enough of us stand together we can once and for all legally get an action to stop these kinds of scams and bullying tactics. I will be sharing on Facebook and LinkedIn as well.
While I am all for companies that help other businesses collect their Debts, I would like to be handed over to a company that has some ethics and replies to my emails even if they tell me why my claims are incorrect. It is mind boggling that this company tries to get money for White Pages Online who's work was never done. The wrong company was listed, the contract was in the wrong name and still we are being bullied into paying for this incompetence by Lisa Joseph.
How many times do I have to opt out on SMS before you stop sending me your ****. It is illegal and irritating. I will found a way to track my opt out and sue you if you continue
This company is unprofessional. When they were screened by our board of trustees they gave what was obviously false references. A 4 month project took 6 months. They went on leave in December, leaving all our woodwork raw and exposed to the elements of the rainy season. It is now the 12th of February and they have still not returned to finish a job that is paid for. If it wasn't for our project manager every shortcut on the planet would have been taken. I am an irritated owner from L'Montagne in Northcliff who just knows once agin the incompetence of a builder is going to personally cost me. When will we say enough is enough do as you promised? Jacques you should be ashamed
I had a very good year hosting with Xneelo, it was all professional and easy to use until I tried to cancel. They confirmed my cancellation request and in December that this would indeed be my last invoice. Then I got an invoice in January and all of a sudden I get it was not deleted properly. I got warning in Jan that the domains were still there but I had written to them that I wanted to cancel and they confirmed so I presumed they would delete the domains on termination. This is just another lets get what money we can Scheme. The owrst is I am not even allowed to cancel the debit order on my FNB account. ITS MY ACCOUNT PEOPLE, HOW MUCH COMM ARE YOU GETTING FROM XNEELO
In December I got a quote, accepted it and paid my deposit. While I was are that nothing would happen over December due to Holidays, I at least expected a deposit paid thank you we will be in touch with installation details in the New Year - Nothing. In the new year I had to phone and beg for the site visit after no-one at the office knew about the job finally the penny dropped and I got a response. The sales rep Willem came to the site, measured the door, said it would be extra and he would send me a new quote. This discussion took place at the complex while standing infant of approximately 15 other doors which I said I need to match. After again hearing nothing I phoned to beg for an installation date. When the day of installation arrived I came home to a door that was the wrong colour ( I understand wood varies but tell me when you are standing in front of 15 other doors that you do not do that colour), the door was also installed over the existing plug, rendering the plug useless, no phone call to say sorry your plug is in the wrong place, just installed the door, and left it unplugged running on battery with no communication. When I took it up with them they referred to their clauses on the quote (this obviously happens a lot) and said they are not responsible. I have paid them as I take responsibility for expecting service and sharing of industry expertise from the sales rep - I guess as a business owner I just think thats business. This is just a warning if using this company make sure you cover everything in your brief. Apparently standing in front of 15 doors you are trying to match is not enough.
