I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Jocks Autobody & Dent Removers. From the beginning, there has been a consistent pattern of delays, poor communication, and misleading information regarding the progress of my vehicle repairs. On 08 May 2026, I visited your workshop and found that no work had been done on my vehicle. After escalating the matter to management, I was promised that my car would be prioritised and even worked on over the weekend. This promise was not honoured. On 11 May, I was informed that my vehicle was going for paint preparation, only to later discover that no work had actually been done for several days. This clearly shows misrepresentation of progress. I was then promised that my vehicle would be ready by Friday. Once again, this commitment was not met. I am now being told that the vehicle will only be ready on 19 May, which is yet another delay. Additional concerns: I was asked to pay for fuel added to my own vehicle while it is under your control There has been a complete lack of consistent and honest communication I have suffered financial loss due to being unable to use my vehicle When I demanded answers, the situation escalated and I was threatened with security and police involvement This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism — none of which have been demonstrated in this case. I have lost trust in your ability to manage repairs effectively and to communicate honestly with clients. I expect: Immediate completion of my vehicle without further delays Accountability for the repeated misinformation provided Consideration for the inconvenience and financial loss caused This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I will continue to escalate the matter until a fair resolution is reached.

Worst panel beater in Pretoria, no communication whatsoever you will have to chase them to get an update. And they will deliberately avoid giving you an ETA of when your car repairs will be completed. These people have had my car for close to 4 weeks now every time I call I get told the car is in panel beating nothing more. I monitor my car on the tracker app and it shows no movement whatsoever meaning no work is actually being done on it. I am deeply disappointed with budget insurance for taking my car to such a company which already has a bad reputation

Worst panel beater in Pretoria, no communication whatsoever you will have to chase them to get an update. I had an expectation of a professional and timely service, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the beginning, there has been a complete lack of clear communication. The completion date for my vehicle has been changed multiple times, with no proper explanation or accountability. Each time I follow up, I am given a new date, only for it to pass without any progress or update. I would not recommend Jocks Autobody to anyone looking for efficient, honest, and dependable service. My experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I expected far better.

I was disappointed with the level of service provided, as it did not meet expected standards, specifically regarding the repairs of my car. To help you investigate this matter, I have included my claims number C2139226 for your reference. I had submitted my car to be fixed at Jocks auto body, the body shop you refered to me, on the 9th of March. It is now the 12th of April and my car has till not been fixed. I have called numerous times I have pleaded and beeged them to keep me updates and each time excuses were made. I have asked them what went wrong with the time frame they quoted, 3 weeks, and their excuse was that they had received substandard parts for my car and were wating for better ones. This doesnt make sence, as a business you should know who you can rely on to deliver quality parts, as a business you should know not to quote that a job will be done by a certain time when you can not realistically keep that promise. Then the cars repairs were delayed for easter weekend. Understandable, but still uacceptable, my car was never supposed to be still in the shop by easter, what about my easter planns? This is unacceptable, and I will be logging complaints on every platform I can find untill I have received my car back in pristine condition. and then I'll switch my insurance to some one else, since Miway aparantly can not contract body shops who deliver quality work or even deliver on the quots (promise) they have made. Then ill make sure evwryone around me knows what poor service Jocks auto body delivers

I had a bad experience, with this Autobody repairer. They do not communicate and when they do, they send contracting messages. My car has been in from 1st March 2026 not for major repairs. I am told parts are not delivered and why they took my car without ordering parts while I drove my car? Am taken for a fool and do not have a car to do my responsibilities.

I had a bad experience, with this Autobody repairer. They do not communicate and when they do, they send contracting messages. My car has been in from 1st March 2026 not for major repairs. Most unreliable Panelbeater in Pretoria DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JOCK'S AUTOBODY! Our vehicle was unfortunately struck by the hail strom, last year Nov 2025. It's a brand new Chery Tigo - it was not even 2 months old. Luckily it was insured right away. We decided to first go on our planned vacation during December. The was claim logged with our Insurance and a Assessor only reached out mid-January 2026. Then Panelbeate appointed was Jocks Autobody in Pretoria West. When my husband took our vehicle to them to start with repairs, he was advised that the repairs should take 10-15 days. We were fine with that. After 15 days, on the 13th of January we enquired about the repairs and when we can get our vehicle back. They said they were still busy. On 19 January, we enquired again, no feedback on their absolutely useless WhatsApp nr. So, my husband went there the next day, only to find as much as +/- 20 dents removed (remember the whole car was struck by hail). He also found that the roof was totally removed and just hanged there on a thread on the car seats inside the car! The windscreen - thank you CHERY for your very strong and durable windscreens, the hail did NO DAMAGE to the screen, but Jocks Autobody cracked the windscreen - how? Nobody knows! I calles the shop, they drop the phone while you are pooring your heart out about their very poor, unreliable and unprofessional service - when you phone again, they don't answer. I used another number of mine, they answered and it was as if it was a laughable joke! Even the Manager dropped the phone in my ear when I asked for feedback and why it's taking so long. It's now 04.03.2025 - they still have my car! My broker reached out, my insurance reached out, Cherry themselves went there, it's like they DON'T CARE. 52 DAYS!!! They have no remourse, I pay my monthly instalment to my Insurance and Auto Traders on time for a vehicle I am not even driving... According to inspectors and Cherry investigators, when they went to Jocks, the vehicle was in NO STATE to be released! Jocks wanted to release, said all is done... but there were so many flaws - a brand new car, torn apart, panelbeated like a ******s behind? I STRONGLY suggest that Momentum Insurance and Cherry themselves make sure that Jock does not have a badge to repair Cherry vehicles. I am heartbroken - this might be stupid to some, but this is our first ever brand new vehicle and I am absolutely frightened and anxious to get my car back, because they - JOCKS, are not qualified or professional Panelbeaters! How will my car look after 52 days??

I dropped my car off on 28 October 2025, and this has been an absolute nightmare. Despite constant follow-ups, I received nothing but excuses and false promises. I was repeatedly assured that my vehicle would be ready, with the latest commitment being 19 December 2025. After chasing them yet again on 18 December, I was suddenly told the car can only be fixed in the new year. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic communication is shocking. I made arrangements based on their promises, only to be misled time and time again. I strongly do not recommend this panel beater to anyone who values transparency, professionalism, or their time.
