Unsatisfied customer.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Miway. After recommending a panel beater for my vehicle repairs, I expected them to take some responsibility in ensuring that the process ran smoothly. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. There has been little follow-up from the insurer regarding the progress of my vehicle. Despite repeated delays and shifting completion dates from the panel beaters, they have not stepped in to assist, intervene, or provide any meaningful updates. I have essentially been left to chase everything on my own, which defeats the purpose of having insurance support during a claim. As a customer, I trusted their recommendation and expected a level of accountability and assistance. Instead, I have experienced lack of urgency, and minimal customer care. This experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I believe there needs to be far better coordination and support between them and their recommended service providers. To date, I have not received my vehicle.

Unreliable Service and Constant Date Changes
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jocks Autobody. I took my car in for repairs in January 2026, we are April 2026 now and I still have not received my car back. I had an expectation of a professional and timely service, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the beginning, there has been a complete lack of clear communication. The completion date for my vehicle has been changed multiple times, with no proper explanation or accountability. Each time I follow up, I am given a new date, only for it to pass without any progress or update. I would not recommend Jocks Autobody to anyone looking for efficient, honest, and dependable service. My experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I expected far better.
