Unreliable Service and Constant Date Changes

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jocks Autobody. I took my car in for repairs in January 2026, we are April 2026 now and I still have not received my car back. I had an expectation of a professional and timely service, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

From the beginning, there has been a complete lack of clear communication. The completion date for my vehicle has been changed multiple times, with no proper explanation or accountability. Each time I follow up, I am given a new date, only for it to pass without any progress or update.

I would not recommend Jocks Autobody to anyone looking for efficient, honest, and dependable service. My experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I expected far better.
