I was disappointed with the level of service provided, as it did not meet expected standards, specifically regarding the repairs of my car. To help you investigate this matter, I have included my claims number C2139226 for your reference. I had submitted my car to be fixed at Jocks auto body, the body shop you refered to me, on the 9th of March. It is now the 12th of April and my car has till not been fixed. I have called numerous times I have pleaded and beeged them to keep me updates and each time excuses were made. I have asked them what went wrong with the time frame they quoted, 3 weeks, and their excuse was that they had received substandard parts for my car and were wating for better ones. This doesnt make sence, as a business you should know who you can rely on to deliver quality parts, as a business you should know not to quote that a job will be done by a certain time when you can not realistically keep that promise. Then the cars repairs were delayed for easter weekend. Understandable, but still uacceptable, my car was never supposed to be still in the shop by easter, what about my easter planns? This is unacceptable, and I will be logging complaints on every platform I can find untill I have received my car back in pristine condition. and then I'll switch my insurance to some one else, since Miway aparantly can not contract body shops who deliver quality work or even deliver on the quots (promise) they have made. Then ill make sure evwryone around me knows what poor service Jocks auto body delivers

I keep getting this a clients banking information and notifications. After having been called on Saturday 03/11/2022 the consumer service agent promised me she would update me on Monday weather or not the issue will be resolved but nothing happened. After they promised that i would get a reference number and that they would contact the client to change his information. I am still receiving notifications from the clients bank account Do these people not understand the risk they are exposing this client to. It is your job as a bank to protect your clients personal and financial information. Someone could use it maliciously.
A few months ago I've started receiving notifications from an account holder at Standard Bank I am NOT an account holder. I have reported this problem to the Bank's complaint line. Each time they told me that they will look into the problem. Nothing has changed I have blocked and reported the number, but the bank just sends the notification from a new number. Notifications of payments come throught even after midnight. It is disturbing and disruptive. I keep reporting it but they have done nothing to solve the problem!! I keep getting this persons notifications from his purchases and payment. I know where his/her child goes to school ant the name of the child. Thier political alliance and what they pay to a politician. I know what they pay for rent and the agency that they use. I know when thier salary gets paid in and how much they get paid, I know where they work andI can stop thier insurance of thier vehicle if I want to. This violates the privacy act. This bank is supposed to protect thier client. The complaint line keep telling me that they cant remove my phone number and that the client must remove it but this client probably has more than one phone number linked to his account so they will never know that the wrong person is getting thier information. Other banks have solved this issue years ago. Add a client code that is generated by the bank (for example: "ABC123") at the end of each notification and when the wrong person gets a client's notifications the bank can ask for the client code and remove the wrong phone number. This protects thier clients. Other banks have already done this and it works brilliantly.
<p>Job number ********** 3</p> <p>I gave my Sony Experia M4 Aqua in for repairs at Middelburg Mall Vodacom shop on the 20 of August. I waited two month and received no information in that time, followed up and was told that parts for repairs is no longer available and the Phone would be replaced. I was told they would call me to tell me when the phone is available for pick up on the 11th October, call never received. Followed up again today still no replacement.</p>
