Game RCS store card
Horrible experience with the Game RCS store card. Been trying to call the customer support to cancel the account because they kept on charging me even though I was not using card. The phone just rings and they dont pick up. Do not get that card as you won't get assistance when you want to close it

Poor when choosing Panel Beaters
I am disappointed with the Panel beaters that Budget Insurance chooses to fix the cars of their clients. They handed over my car to Jocks Autobody and its been a horrible experience for me. Its been 4 weeks and i still don't know when I am going to get my car back. Everytime I call them they tell me the car is panel beating nothing more they refuse to give me an ETA. I know this is not budgets fault but Budget cant just take a clients car to a panel beater that already has a bad reputation. Please do better when choosing panel beaters this company already has horrible reviews with people complaining that these guys keep their cars for months. My tracker shows no movement of my car but they claim they are working on it.

Do not take your car here
Worst panel beater in Pretoria, no communication whatsoever you will have to chase them to get an update. And they will deliberately avoid giving you an ETA of when your car repairs will be completed. These people have had my car for close to 4 weeks now every time I call I get told the car is in panel beating nothing more. I monitor my car on the tracker app and it shows no movement whatsoever meaning no work is actually being done on it. I am deeply disappointed with budget insurance for taking my car to such a company which already has a bad reputation

Chatbot is annoying
The chatbot robot when calling the support desk is really annoying and it sometimes just keeps quiet after answering its questions. Wasting my airtime

Budget Scratch and Dent cover
The scratch and dent cover is just money making scheme, by budget. Its just like throwing money away. They will make life difficult for you when you want to claim starting from bogus assessments to just coming up with excuses and suggesting you claim from the main cover. Save your money and not take this cover because its completely useless.

Automagic Gezina
Horrible service it took two weeks for my car to be booked in, and now they telling me they are going to keep my car for 4 weeks for just removing dents and replacing a door. I would not recommend this company if your insurance company books you here insist on being sent somewhere else.
