GEPF NOT ASSITING WITH DIVORCE SETTELEMENT - WORST EVER - 2 YEARS +
Awaiting my Divorce Settlement since applying 15.12.2023 and had to resend documents 3 x and was promised payment 14.01.2026 and then . . . an IT problem???? Who is getting my interest with my MONTEY????

Poor service
Since I made my 2 pot withdrawal on the 2nd of March but till today I ha ve not received my money. People who withdrew after me they got their money. Telephones are not working emails r not responded

Guardians Fund proof of payment request
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service from the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF). I urgently require Proof of Payment, which has been specifically requested by the Masters of the High court as it is needed for the Guardian fund. This is not optional documentation it is critical, and the delay is now directly affecting the progress of my case. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including visiting GEPF offices in person and escalating the matter telephonically. Despite this, I have received no response and no assistance. The lack of communication and urgency in handling such a serious request is unacceptable. I expected far better service, especially given the legal implications involved. It has been dragging for more than six months they claim they have escalated the issue but nothing. I am requesting immediate intervention and resolution. This matter cannot be delayed any further. I hope GEPF will take this complaint seriously and provide the required Proof of Payment without any more delays.

Pension fund been over 2yrs still waiting no real feedback or answers if u don't call no one gets back to you and its money people don't have
Very unprof service for a well known establishment that suppose to look out for their employees after deceased and their families.ive been waiting over 2 yrs for my dad's pension fund to be paid out it's been up and down with same paperwork stories been getting bankforms everytime renew and than they just hold up process and u must get it everytime but no monies gets paid everytime it's by legal or this n that dept it's so frustrating for families of deceased that been working for yrs and now families must struggle to get their monies which is not fair.i just want them to pay out the pension fund I don't know why they dragging this process so long I never 3ver heard of this nonsense anywer else no business does this and the part I don't get why must they get into relatives personal info when deceased was working their and its owning to deceased family all info is already on record .

Rude unprofessional agent.
I'm rating the agent i spoke to a 0, she was so upset and rude for no reason and cut my call before she can assist me further. it takes an hour to go through to their call Centre and you receive trash service when you go through. the agent was so unprofessional, what makes someone to be upset early in the morning to a stranger instead of assisting.

One star is MORE THAN ENOUGH!!! Just one question to the representation of the pension fund, WHAT HAVE WE DONE AS PENSION CONTRIBUTORS TO DESERVE THIS BELOW STANDARD SERVICES? Your lines are forever busy, I called and was made to hold for over 52 minutes up until it hit 4pm, and is if I knew my call would be disconnected due to after hour, I just got disconnected! I had requested a call back and guess what it's been 2 weeks now, no single response. I sent through an email about 2 weeks ago, still NO response. I went to the offices and got there at around 2pm, after requesting to leave early from Johannesburg to Pretoria, only to be told the queue has been cut. ALL OF THIS FOR A PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL I MADE 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Wish I was aware of other Pension Funds co available to me for better and efficient service. Otherwise GEPF is less than a single star!!! I am beyond disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfaction with your UNPROFESSIONAL services to the people you were supposed to serve with integrity!!!
