Inconsistent updates
Inconsistent stories. I have been waiting for my resignation payout and they said their turnaround time in 60 days. Every time I make an enquiry they always tell me different and inconsistent reports.

This company is hardasing me witth phone callls and its doing it every second of the day. I am tired of their behaviour.

Unauthorised debit order
They deducted my money while i had informed them that I was under debt review. My debt counsellor contacted them and they promised to refund me within 3-5 working days. Todate i am still waiting! Do not do business with them, they are croocks.

The services is very very poor. I have been waiting for my parcel since July 2018 to date. No positive response. Their phones are not answered and even the one you complain from is unreliable and just rings. You always speak to the machine that tells you that you are number so and so on the line and your call will be attended to.
