Bought and paid for article from AllGalore on Bob Shop. Told that it was unavailable and refund would be completed. Never happened !! Stay away from them as service might be repeated for your purchase. Good communication, poor execution

Terrible service from this shop Bopb shop is been 2 weeks waiting for Order 735375. I have send emails and no response received from them. Please be careful I am now helpless as I am not sure if this is a legit online store.

I had ********** experience with BobShop recently after purchasing a Technics Turntable from one of their sellers. He sold me something that was completely dysfunctional and I did reach out to him the very same moment after receiving it. The needle was dead and I did prove it to him. He then arranged for a pickup and I used the same packaging to send it back. To my surprise He sent both bobshop and myself pictures of damages that were never there and claimed that I caused them. The matter was handle by Bob and verdict was in favor of the dude that sold me a dead device. He will benefit half of my money that I pad and still keep the Turntable. I sincerely feel like they didn't play fair and all I ask for is my R1450.

I paid for and placed an order with this business on 4th May valued at over R3000. I was quoted 10 working days for delivery from date of order. On receiving no follow up by 19th as to delivery date etc I tried endless times phoning Bob Shop as well as the seller Technology Unlimited on their listed phone numbers to obtain either tracking details or an ETA. When I did get through which wasn't often the person I spoke with said they would check but never came back to me whilst holding the line for 5 minutes and more. On other occasions I got through to Bob Shop but on each call they said they could not hear me even when trying calling them from different phones. I smell trouble in dealing with both Bob Shop and Technology Unlimited and would advise others to exert caution in buying on line from them.

On 24 April, I purchased an item through Bob Shop from the seller Yellow Sub Trading, with delivery scheduled for 5 May. To date, the item has not been delivered. I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting both Bob Shop and Yellow Sub Trading via email, but I have received no response. I also called Yellow Sub Trading directly, where a consultant assured me I would be contacted, yet no follow-up occurred. Additionally, I logged a support ticket with Yellow Sub Trading, which was assigned to Amsal, but I have not received any correspondence or updates. I have been a loyal Bob Shop customer for years and have never experienced such a frustrating situation. This particular order was intended as a birthday gift for 6 May, and due to the lack of delivery and communication, I was forced to make alternative arrangements.
