On 24 April, I purchased an item through Bob Shop from the seller Yellow Sub Trading, with delivery scheduled for 5 May. To date, the item has not been delivered.

I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting both Bob Shop and Yellow Sub Trading via email, but I have received no response. I also called Yellow Sub Trading directly, where a consultant assured me I would be contacted, yet no follow-up occurred. Additionally, I logged a support ticket with Yellow Sub Trading, which was assigned to Amsal, but I have not received any correspondence or updates.

I have been a loyal Bob Shop customer for years and have never experienced such a frustrating situation. This particular order was intended as a birthday gift for 6 May, and due to the lack of delivery and communication, I was forced to make alternative arrangements.
