Trying to log in for nearly a week without any reply from support. Clearly this platform isn't bothered with getting customers online.
You've got a "write review" button directly under a company's profile, but then it takes you to a generic page where you once again need to search for the company you wan't to review. Sorry but this is just lazy UX.
It's incredible that a company this big can fail at even a simple thing like a functioning login process. I've been unable to sign into my app and desktop accounts for months. To the point where even a password reset is blocked by their web security. All they can do is tell you to send them an email. I almost signed up for their banking, but there is no way I'd trust them with actual money if their tech infrastructure is this useless.
Despite all their marketing on how easy it easy to make international business payments, their online banking doesn't even allow it. Waited an hour on the phone for an explanation and nobody answers from their business unit. Now I'm told by someone who can't explain it either to fill out a form and email it to them to request payment and it will only be processed Mon - Fri. The last time I will use this bank for anything.
This bank does everything it can to make running your business the most frustrating experience possible. Closing this account the first chance I get.
Absolutely useless bank. Their online systems are constantly broken. Nobody ever contacts you back no matter how many channels you go via to request support. If you go into a branch you'll wait at least an hour for a consultant.
Slow, unreliable connection. Not worth the cost for what you get.
Applied for ADSL nearly two months ago as their site said they are still installing. Didn't even receive an automated response to advise on the process or a reply to the ticket logged within the first week for assistance. No service or even any personal contact rendered yet they attempt to charge you.
<p>Don't even bother trying to make an online appointment with Medicross Tokai, rather try a place actually interested in taking consultations.</p>
