Terrible service from this shop Bopb shop is been 2 weeks waiting for Order 735375. I have send emails and no response received from them. Please be careful I am now helpless as I am not sure if this is a legit online store.
Bad service I am still waiting for my return order YST712906 I paid another fee for collection hoping they will provide service and all they keep doing is closing the reference I send to follow-up. Still waiting for the dress since February. I am helpless. Poor service and unreliable
Really disappointed with the service, I still waiting for 11h00 bus almost 13h00 we only got message the bus is delayed for 2 hrs. What do we do or where do we wait in the meantime this is unbelievable I thought Intercape was reliable but I was wrong. Delayed time will result in late arrival which can impact our safety where we are going. This is upsetting 😡.
I am caught up in the system delay between Leroy Merlin and Payflex. Leroy Merlin Centurion cancelled my order meanwhile Payflex was confirmed payment was paid to them. I am not receiving any feedback from them after pleading with Leroy Merlin to sort out system issues wit Payflex .
They advertised product and did not disclose it will only be available in end January or February, only after payment I get the message on delivery is around Feb. They refuse to cancel and refund.
Received excellent service this morning at the branch Service was quick and easy.

Service really disappointing buses forver late Iam still Waiting for 9h30 bus and is already 10h00 and there is no bus and no communication. They mustard take a lesson from intercape always on time.
Not received service from them. I have received messages since last week saying, Your delivery from Makro is scheduled for tomorrow, after 2 days I called WUMDrop asking of my delivery they advised Makro did not handover the parcel. Makro says delivery is handed to them. On Sunday the 22nd I received another message that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow and still to date I have not received my parcel.
I have not received feedback or my order number MAK8553346, I have email or follow to date no one is helping. WUM DROP says makro is withholding stock and makro says they have dispatched to WUMPDROP. Bad service
