What a useless courier company! this is the second time my order has been marked as “customer not available ” when no one called or texted me. I waited the whole day on. To be honest this is frustrating, I don’t understand why Game work with this horrible courier

This is a terrible company with no regard for customer service of satisfaction. My delivery from Makro which is less than an hour's drive from the delivery site has been delayed 3 times. The last delay was because their bakkie broke down in a town also less than an hour away from both the pickup and delivery site! Worst service experience ever! I will never use them again or refer anyone to them ever!!

Useless company don't know how they landed working with major retail stores, they don't bother to call Or anything they pick up a delivery then say can't do it without calling, when you phone them they are rude and say it's not there problem

WumDrop’s service is a joke. Driver Tshediso falsely marked my package as delivered (with a WRONG name – "Dipuo"??) and now they’re ghosting me. NO accountability. Customer service (Violet)and the driver initially admitted fault but now gone silent. DO NOT TRUST WumDrop with your deliveries. They’ll lose your stuff and blame everyone else. would not recommend. Fix your drivers #WumDropFail #BadService"

I receive message 4 delivery but never get my items, delivery never arrived. Their driver writing rong update stating customer not available which ain't true. From Thursday sello & Friday Eugene still haven't received my orders 😕.
