WumDrop’s service is a joke. Driver Tshediso falsely marked my package as delivered (with a WRONG name – "Dipuo"??) and now they’re ghosting me. NO accountability. Customer service (Violet)and the driver initially admitted fault but now gone silent.

DO NOT TRUST WumDrop with your deliveries. They’ll lose your stuff and blame everyone else. would not recommend. Fix your drivers
