Wumdrop such a ****
WumDrop’s service is a joke. Driver Tshediso falsely marked my package as delivered (with a WRONG name – "Dipuo"??) and now they’re ghosting me. NO accountability. Customer service (Violet)and the driver initially admitted fault but now gone silent. DO NOT TRUST WumDrop with your deliveries. They’ll lose your stuff and blame everyone else. would not recommend. Fix your drivers #WumDropFail #BadService"

Missing order from Makro and Wumdrop
Makro my order which hasn't arrived. Makro, WumDrop handled the delivery and they're claiming it's a third-party issue, saying I should contact makro WumDrop's tracker says delivered, but I didn't get the order and falsely states I (Noluthando) signed. They also confirmed that their Driver Tshediso made a mistake and he confessed that the the POD was written the wrong name which is Dipuo I spoke to WumDrop's Violet, they confirmed the driver's error and said they'd call me back with feedback. Now they're saying they're a third party and redirected me to makro . I have been calling makro and writing emails since Thursday with no help. Makro is such a **** I've got screenshots of tracking, POD, chat with Violet, and the SMS.
