I receive message 4 delivery but never get my items, delivery never arrived
I receive message 4 delivery but never get my items, delivery never arrived. Their driver writing rong update stating customer not available which ain't true. From Thursday sello & Friday Eugene still haven't received my orders 😕.

I'm very dissapointes with KFC twin Palms, while I was sad about the wring piece given only to find the messy twister wrap...haikhona KFC 😢, is it bcos is morning you serve us messed food??? , presentation and neatness is key...I take my time to get to your shop only to be served wrong food selection and messed food???

I've ordered breakin...
I've ordered breaking wrap breakfast & 1 piece of chicken, requested thigh piece since I don't eat other pieces like center breast or side breast, if not thigh dy cud have given me a drum stick atleast ...worst part I evn repeated myself when ordering to make sure they don't make mistake even the person taking the order verify...however here I am hungry ready to eat & enjoy my food only to find side breast piece 😢, what am I suppose to do with this? My time, energy wasted now my appetite ruined

bad service delivery
the delivery called and i requested to drop it off my place since is still early I'm nt at work yet is on the way, you pass my flat before work. agreed however passed my street and stop on the next street far from my flat and said i must come get it were she was, I told her is far i cant mind you is raining on top of that. she was like is fine she will reschedule the delivery later on after she's done with other delivery. it was Thursday when i was given empty words moving around with my id as she said it will be needed, however till date i haven't received my orders. I'm so disappointed cos some item were needed urgently hence urgent delivery was requested however you'll get delay looking at the tracking out on delivery, back on the hub and son on, reason have no idea why. service bad

Debonairs gezzina you get what you see on pamphlets not just for show. Value for money and you won't regret 💯% like Debonairs sunnypark were I've complained because of their missing items . Ull by extra staff and they won't include them, Debonairs gezzina is the best they inform prior if missing addition is not available to get your approval of what they can add as replacement. I highly recommend

dissapointed
I've ordered pizza few weeks back add extras the way i like it only to receive pizza without my extra bacon, cream cheese only the sauce was added and my extra mozzarella was substitutes with cheddar without even letting me know. I've complained and i was called back and instructed to come they will make me another pizza. I've requested the lady to make it a delivery since i cant make it to their store provided address and text was delivered however till date i haven't received my complimentary pizza till date even after the text was delivered. so disappointed cause their pizza always recommends and that time around i was disappointed how they handled my pizza and miss the details provide on the order list itself. and for them to call promise something that they cant do very shameful and sad.

I've purchased detergents only to receive the lower costly skip to the one I've bought, requested partial refunds but I've been given run arounds till date. they requested the order number and images of what I've bought and what i got which all was provided with hope that it will be resolved only to get another email response from different agent requesting same things, which i explain already been send and yet they turned and now saying i must explain the missing items which I've explain before was never missing only mistake done on your packaging team and i need partial refund to the skip i got to the one I've received, difference just 100 or less but still delayed to get my refund
