I have placed an order in March 2026 and to date no communication or delivery. After reading the complaints today I realised that this place is a ****!!!! The phone lines dont work. Instagram and Whatsapp has automated responses.

I went to their showroom and bought a couch 1sr week of Dec 2025. I fought to get the couch delivered, which was eventually delivered end of April 2026. It was delivered with defects, the right side arm rest was loose. I returned it same time. I should have checked everything the 1st time because when it came I notices it was Mt stable on the floor, the cushions were hard as a rock, despite specifying on the invoice the level of softness I wanted. I also bought a bed frame for a double bed in Jan 2026,1st week. After fighting I eventually get the bed on the 26 May. Guess what, it is not the same frame as on the picture of their insta post, what's worse is it's not even thr dimensions of a double bed. Now I'm sending it back I want my money. When they delivered the bed they also took the couch to work on it for thr 2nd time now. I want my money at this point. These people have caused me so much stress. I should have checked these reviews before making a purchase because the stress I have as a result of these people is not healthy. They won't return my money I'm sure of that because now I want nothing to do with them

After numerous phone calls and follow-ups, I was eventually told that the product was out of stock. I then visited the store in person to request a refund because I no longer wanted the item after months of delays and broken promises. Instead of processing my refund, I was once again promised that the item would be delivered. Unfortunately, that promise was also not kept, and I am still without the product and without my money. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am now escalating the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and requesting a full refund. I hope Lifestyle Home resolves this matter promptly.

I ordered furniture in march and till date I haven't received it and no feedback from them no tracking number nothing, their customer service are so poor, I don't know how many emails I've sent and calls I've made. I dont even know how and where do I cancell and if I will receive my money back please if anyone has been in this position with this specific store please give me advice.

I placed and paid for a furniture order with Lifestyle Home on 9 January 2026. According to their own terms and conditions, delivery should occur within 55–75 working days. As of 13 May 2026, approximately 83 working days had passed since payment. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. My messages and follow-ups were largely ignored, and I only managed to receive a response when I approached them as if I wanted to make a new purchase. Delivery was only attempted after the maximum 75 working day period had already lapsed. I therefore cancelled the order in terms of clause 9.2 of their terms and conditions, which states that where delivery does not occur within 55–75 working days, the customer is entitled to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 working days. Despite this: - delivery was still pushed after cancellation, - repeated phone calls were made despite my request for written communication only, - and I was informed that a 50% handling fee may apply, despite the cancellation arising from their failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe. The additional 7 working day refund period has now also lapsed without my refund being processed. At this stage the matter has been escalated via my bank, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, and the National Consumer Commission. Based on this experience, I have unfortunately lost confidence in the company and would not feel comfortable recommending or associating my business with them.
