I went to their showroom and bought a couch 1sr week of Dec 2025. I fought to get the couch delivered, which was eventually delivered end of April 2026. It was delivered with defects, the right side arm rest was loose. I returned it same time. I should have checked everything the 1st time because when it came I notices it was Mt stable on the floor, the cushions were hard as a rock, despite specifying on the invoice the level of softness I wanted. I also bought a bed frame for a double bed in Jan 2026,1st week. After fighting I eventually get the bed on the 26 May. Guess what, it is not the same frame as on the picture of their insta post, what's worse is it's not even thr dimensions of a double bed. Now I'm sending it back I want my money. When they delivered the bed they also took the couch to work on it for thr 2nd time now. I want my money at this point. These people have caused me so much stress. I should have checked these reviews before making a purchase because the stress I have as a result of these people is not healthy. They won't return my money I'm sure of that because now I want nothing to do with them
I'm so ****ed and disappointed. I assigned a date of the month that payflex is supposed to take money from my account. For the 1st payment they took the money on the specified date. The 2nd payment went off on a random date not agreed on. They didn't fond any fund available and charged me a fee for an unsuccessful payment. I have been writing to them since and no one has bothered to respond to me. They eventually found funds in my account at a random date that is not one agreed on as the salary date on the app is the 15th. They still charged me a fee for late collection. They usually prompt to respond but now because they did ******* they are not bothering to respond to me. I'm very angry.
Onicca Mokganya was handling my claim. She was very polite and patient. She answered all my questions and in fact went beyond yo make sure I was reimbursed the correct value of my goods. She was very prompt at answering my emails. I'm very grateful.
They were very prompt to respond and gave me am elaborate explanation on how the process goes
I received a call in less than a minute after logging my emergency. My problem was sorted in less than an hr.
Month of March their staff made me for the March premium because the didn't go through. They then debited my account a few later. When I told them I paid twice they asked for proof of payment which I sent by e-mail to a lady called Staph. She confirmed receipt but never did anything to allocate the funds. Later I call again and spoke to Brent, the same conversation was had and still nothing but all they do is call me to remind me I have not paid for April. The last person I spike to is Olwethu who also now is not responding to my e-mails.
The service I received from Nokuthula NT was over the top. She spoke well, she went out her way to reduce my premium. I am super greatful.
On the 23 Aug 2019 I bought a washing machine on line. Their delivery service for on line purchases is stipulated as 2 to 6 days. I have been tracking my order and to this day it shows " order payment successfully received". I caller on the 2nd Sept and the gentleman who helped couldn't tell me what the issue was but logged a complaint and said I will be contacted in 48 hours. I still have not received their call. I also called their warehouse and the lady I spoke to said she will get someone to call me back. To this day nothing
