I have placed an order in March 2026 and to date no communication or delivery. After reading the complaints today I realised that this place is a ****!!!! The phone lines dont work. Instagram and Whatsapp has automated responses.

I have logged 5 enquiries since morning and each time i am told a ticket is logged and someone would call. I have been calling since 8 in the morning and my router issue is still not resolved. NOW i cant even get through to the contact centre. If I am not losing out on a work day I would have remained patient. The lack of client service or technical support has taken an entire day from me. No one was able to assist and it baffles the mind because its a technical support line. I need my issues resolved asap!

Every call i receive from Platinum Life i encounter a super friendly consultant who takes the time to listen to me first before providing a solution. In my case always sympathetic and willing to assist as much as possible. Love this company and the great work and care they take β€οΈ

I have never felt so looked after as i did today and my entire encounter with MiWay as a whole. Super friendly staff and extremely patient and understanding. My encounter with call centre consultant Nhlanhla Mabizela (Ref:56915702) was extremely swift and efficiency is amazing. Thank you to everyone at MiWay for making my insurance switch over such a smooth process :)
Returning something that had been bought found to be expired. We were not only treated like criminals but we also received the worst form of client service ever! Because we had lost a slip Morne and Dion refused to even listen and we were told that Spar stocks their shelves daily and its impossible that the product had been purchased there. We asked for the barcode to be checked against the stores stock and were told it does not match up! Morne remarked that we may have changed the juice with an old one we have at home and brought it back so we could be refunded a lousy R23... is this how we as consumers are spoken to and dealt with? Why would take time to go and argue about something so cheap... were are the ethics and principles of Spar? Also, Morne mocked us saying how much does this item cost i can even give back the money to you now but i wont. We are utterly disgusted in the manner we were received.
