Not a pleasant experience. No responses. Phone line is never answered. Just seems suspicious overall.
I am not sure whether this company is a ****. I ordered a car part online. After ordering, I get the run around IF they answer my calls and then my calls are ignored when I call back for follow ups. I have not received my part and no one is providing answers. I am concerned
I initially experienced some issues getting my payment gateway live on my online product store. I was connected with Christopher Morgan who helped with trouble shooting and getting the correct keys. In the end I managed to get set up and got my first payment done. Thanks so much
I recently bought a voucher. Instead of having the voucher emailed to me, I received a confirmation of purchase. I reached out to them but have not received a response.
The quality of fruit and vegetablesis really poor when ordering from PnP asap (online). They send produce that is rotting and inedible. Seems they are just trying to get rid of old stock. Wouldn't recommend it.
I renewed my contract through one of Vodacom's partners Elite Mobile and what was sold to me, has not been delivered. It was an absolute misrepresentation and I feel like the consultant would have said anything to make a sale. What's worse is that Vodacom does not hold their partners accountable and expects me to sort this out even though it was confirmed on the recorded call that the promises made have not been delivered. I have had to reach out to Elit Mobile (they are a pain to deal with and never come back to me) because Vodacom does not take responsibility, even though they gladly take my money every month but don't make good on the promises made. I have complained several time and just keep reaching a dead end with both Vodacom and Elite Mobile. Extremely disappointing!
I placed an order in November last year during Makro's Black Friday special. My order was never delivered. I requested a refund and have still not received my money over 6 months later!!!! Their customer service department is seriously lacking.
I have been receiving harassing phone calls for a period of about 6 months now. I have caller ID so I am able to identify that the number is 011 768 8402 which belongs to Spur Westgate.<br> The calls range from just a few times a day to over 50 times a day. I receive these calls at all times of day from late at night to early hours of the morning and throughout the day.<br> <br> When I answer these calls, its always the same. there is silence for a period of about 20 seconds (sometimes more sometimes less) and the call hangs up.<br> <br> I have tried getting Telkom to block the calls.<br> I have tried reporting it to the police.<br> When I call Spur back, they are unaware of the calls or where they originate from.<br> <br> Please arrange for whoever it is or whatever automated system you have to either stop calling or remove my number.<br> I have had enough!
