I placed and paid for a headboard order with Lifestyle Home on 13 February 2026. Their website indicated that delivery would take place by 30 February 2026, but the item was never delivered. After numerous phone calls and follow-ups, I was eventually told that the product was out of stock. I then visited the store in person to request a refund because I no longer wanted the item after months of delays and broken promises. Instead of processing my refund, I was once again promised that the item would be delivered. Unfortunately, that promise was also not kept, and I am still without the product and without my money. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am now escalating the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and requesting a full refund. I hope Lifestyle Home resolves this matter promptly.
