I am utterly disappointed with the service from Zuki Pet. I ordered Ult****t dog food from Zuki Pet in February 2026. In March 2026, there was a recall on this product, and since then I have been trying to resolve the issue with them. Zuki Pet initially acknowledged the recall and promised to send a replacement product, either Hills or Royal Canin. However, despite these assurances, nothing has been delivered to date. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication: Emails are ignored WhatsApp messages go unanswered Phone calls are not returned or not answered It has now been months without any resolution, refund, or replacement. This is unacceptable, especially considering this involves pet food and customer trust. I am requesting immediate action: Either deliver the promised replacement (Hills or Royal Canin), OR Provide a full refund without any further delay I would strongly caution other customers when dealing with Zuki Pet based on my experience.

I ordered Royal canine feline ageing 12+. This food has been discontinued so I was delighted that they still had this food in stock. They also had the new version the 11 plus advertised so I thought that this was the older version as their picture and description specified. The product was delivered the next day - but the driver brought out 11 plus. My cat does not eat Thai so I sent it straight back and sent a message via email and whatsapp to Yuki pets at the time to tell them this. They promised me a refund and requested banking details. This was 3 weeks ago and they have not refunded nor responded to me emails, whatsapps or calls. Disgusting customer service! This site amounts to a **** with blatant theft and should be shut down by the ombudsman.

They don't responsd to emails, what's app or answer calls. Order has been'out for delivery' since Tuesday 23rd April 2026 in the morning. Where is my order of kitten food. I suspect theft at this stage with no recourse from this company.

I placed an order on 24 February. When the order arrived, a unit of 6 items were missing. Eventually I received a reply that it was out of stock. A month goes by, I inquired again (not very good at communication). Eventually received a reply on 24 March after various emails and chats, that "stock has been received and will be sent today'. 3 weeks later and I still haven't received it. I use the chat on the web again, because emails are not getting replies, hours later - "we will refund you'. And that's it. No 'what are your bank details etc. So here I sit without the catfood and no refund! No arrangement for the refund. I

I have placed an order for dog food on the 12th February. On the 13th , I sent an email asking when it will be delivered to ensure someone is home. A reply came back saying it should have been delivered and they will investigate and revert back....still waiting. Sent two more emails , one being today (16 February) and still no respons. Phone the cell number as advertised on the Internet, no reply. Really disappointed! I want a full refund please so can buy my dog food somewhere else. Regards Mardie

The lack of communication is infuriating and inexplicable! I have no idea how to get any resolution around my order so I cancelled everything but Im still unsure about an order tha is supposed to happen in 2 days time. I am now just sitting and waiting to see what happens. Zuki Pet used to be impressive with communication, but since the launch of their new website and business they have lost that completely!
