I am utterly disappointed with the service from Zuki Pet. I ordered Ult****t dog food from Zuki Pet in February 2026. In March 2026, there was a recall on this product, and since then I have been trying to resolve the issue with them. Zuki Pet initially acknowledged the recall and promised to send a replacement product, either Hills or Royal Canin. However, despite these assurances, nothing has been delivered to date. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication:
Emails are ignored WhatsApp messages go unanswered Phone calls are not returned or not answered
It has now been months without any resolution, refund, or replacement. This is unacceptable, especially considering this involves pet food and customer trust. I am requesting immediate action:
Either deliver the promised replacement (Hills or Royal Canin), OR Provide a full refund without any further delay
I would strongly caution other customers when dealing with Zuki Pet based on my experience.
