Box office rentals
I can't rent any movies on Box office. I have phoned and phoned and all I get is that the issue will be escalated. I just phoned again, spent 13 minutes on a call for the agent to tell me she cannot find my account and asking if I actually have an account?? Honestly the most pathetic service. Not even sure if I'm being charged for all these movies that never pull through

Excellent service from Kadjiha Khan

Pathetic "service"
Ordered food from McDonalds and payment went through at 22:06pm, however we were told that we need to collect? Why accept the order and take payment just to be told that we need to collect?? What's the point of ordering Mr DELIVERY if we are to collect?? We have not had any problems thus far but don't think we'll use the service again. I expect a refund asap as this is unacceptable
