I ordered Royal canine feline ageing 12+. This food has been discontinued so I was delighted that they still had this food in stock. They also had the new version the 11 plus advertised so I thought that this was the older version as their picture and description specified. The product was delivered the next day - but the driver brought out 11 plus. My cat does not eat Thai so I sent it straight back and sent a message via email and whatsapp to Yuki pets at the time to tell them this. They promised me a refund and requested banking details. This was 3 weeks ago and they have not refunded nor responded to me emails, whatsapps or calls. Disgusting customer service! This site amounts to a **** with blatant theft and should be shut down by the ombudsman.
Mountain bike stolen from our patio. Owner not willing to help and security useless. This place obviously has a security problem yet there are no warnings displayed or access to safes. The owner was unwilling to help and useless. There are security eyes in the chalets but these cannot be activated and all security is a facade.<br> I will not be back and urge people to avoid this resort!
