I placed an order on 24 February. When the order arrived, a unit of 6 items were missing. Eventually I received a reply that it was out of stock. A month goes by, I inquired again (not very good at communication). Eventually received a reply on 24 March after various emails and chats, that "stock has been received and will be sent today'. 3 weeks later and I still haven't received it. I use the chat on the web again, because emails are not getting replies, hours later - "we will refund you'. And that's it. No 'what are your bank details etc. So here I sit without the catfood and no refund! No arrangement for the refund. I

Ordered on Black Friday last year. 6 months later, nothing. Correspondence via email stopped months ago. No phone number available on the website.
I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and there is NO communication. As a business, we have to give feedback to our customers and we have no idea when these items ordered AND PAID FOR, will arrive. We are looking like the bad business with empty promises.
On our FNB Homeloan, I pay R660 per month (amount varies) for a "Mortgage Protection Plan", meaning that, if I have to experience loss of income, this policy would cover my loan payments. So, during lockdown I apply for this relief. Since then, I enquire every few weeks, and always get the same reply... "Good Day Thank you for contacting FNB Life. Your e-mail has been received and will be attended to soonest. Regards. FNB Life - Claims Administration* Never has anyone contacted me. I have phoned, to which I was told to send an email. Why do I pay for this 'plan' every month?
