Terrible people to do business with! They are pest! They ask for proof of insurance every year! And if you miss one payment they immediately hand you over to attorneys!!! Without calling to find out what's wrong . Selfish people! Rather go with MFC they give you a way better experience and treat you with respect not like a ********!

I have traded in my vehicle on 24/04/2026 and VWFS account had been settled on the 28/04/2026. The dealership has received the logbook, paid up letter, the change of ownership forms and has sold the vehicle.Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my instalment to be refunded, paid up letter from the bank and for the account to be closed. I have not experienced this with other banks. I will not finance a vehicle through VWFS again. To all those reading this,save yourself the time and effort and use the other banks for vehicle finance.

Good day, I don’t even know where to start. What an experience. I’ve been dealing with one collections consultant for about 2-3 years since I lost my job and things have not been financially stable. Multiple agents called me prior and it was a nightmare trying to explain my situation. Eventually this lady called me to obviously collect the outstanding balance and explain the repercussions of it all. She was kind, honest, factual & reliable - asked questions and came with solutions to the matter at hand. I really appreciate how she stayed calm and organised during the duration of this process. Her clear updates and quick negotiation skills made everything feel manageable. I’m happy to say my car is now fully paid off. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I'm getting from VW. My vehicle was still under warranty when I had a breakdown on the 6th of December 2025. On the 9th of December I towed the vehicle to VW Groblersdal. Ever since then I have never gotten any update with regards to the vehicle. Every time I call for update am being promised that they will call me back... On the 16th of January I went to VW Groblersdal personally to check on the progress of the car, i found out that nothing was done on the vehicle since it's arrival. They refused to offer me a courtesy vehicle till to date!! I went on to call the sales person who assisted me during the purchase of the vehicle, He tried his level best to get hold of Groblersdal, they promised him that the will commnunicate with me but nothing! I went on to write a complain to [email protected] still no response!! Yet I keep on paying the installement

I want to take this time to say thanks to Sanele( Lady) for her hard work. I called them because my debit was not debited. She went all out to make sure that the debit goes off same time. I am glad to have spoken with her. Not forgetting Katlego who also helped me with directing my call to Sanele( Collection department).

Dealing with VW finance is just pathetic. I sent them an email requesting clarity on the last date and the last amount to be paid. In addition I have been paying advance amounts on my vehicle loan, so I wanted to get clarity as to what happens to that amount and balloon when I finish paying the remaining premium amount.They sent settlement and statement. None of those documents explain what I asked. I sent emails twice, then I still get the 2 documents.
