Good day, I don’t even know where to start. What an experience. I’ve been dealing with one collections consultant for about 2-3 years since I lost my job and things have not been financially stable. Multiple agents called me prior and it was a nightmare trying to explain my situation. Eventually this lady called me to obviously collect the outstanding balance and explain the repercussions of it all. She was kind, honest, factual & reliable - asked questions and came with solutions to the matter at hand. I really appreciate how she stayed calm and organised during the duration of this process. Her clear updates and quick negotiation skills made everything feel manageable. I’m happy to say my car is now fully paid off.
